They vacuumed, dusted, swept, and cleaned the bathrooms, floors, and walls. The downside is that while the kitchen cupboards and fridge were cleaned quite well, the bathroom cupboards were completely forgotten. I would recommend thier service only if the client keeps a keen eye that everything is cleaned to their standard and nothing is overlooked. They are very efficient cleaners nonetheless.

We chose to clean our living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms (1 is powder and 1 is master) we didn't realize that master bathroom is a separate tab to choose below on the page. We also opted to not include our 4 bedrooms and dining room in this cleaning because we felt it was pricy enough and we can handle the other rooms. There was enough time for a walkthrough prior to the cleaning since I booked it few days prior. There was enough time to ask us questions about the service and clarify any possible misunderstanding. The day they came to clean my wife and I weren't home until halfway through the cleaning, the cleaner said that they decided on their own that we needed a deep clean in the master bathroom and the shared washroom upstairs and they wanted to negotiate a new price for the extra service they did without asking us if we wanted it. Overall the cleaning itself was not worth the price in my opinion, I have hired other cleaners in the past and my regular cleaner was unavailable and we chose to go based off of the reviews here, however the only review I can relate with is the one star review that details that they had the same experience as me except they got charged for the extra unwanted service whereas I did not. Stand your ground if you choose to work with them and be clear on what service you want. UPDATE: Christmas Eve 4:26pm I got messages from the cleaner that worked on my home Saturday Dec 23 at 10:00am. I have attached the text messages for transparency and to show how unprofessional this individual is.

They only told me as they were leaving. I tried to discuss this with the owner, but she just charged my credit card the full $815. I do not believe this is fair business practice to charge 40% above the original estimate without first getting the customer's approval for additional services.

I've asked numerous times to bring somebody in and he wouldn't allow it. He finally said it was okay. I chose Kim's company because of the way they approached and talked to me on the phone about cleaning the house spotless. I'm very impressed with the work they do. The baseboards were black when they were done. They were back to a white color like once again the bathrooms were very messy. They made them shining in the sparkle like when my mom was here doing the work. My heart goes out to Kim and her cleaning team, I will never forget what she's done for me and from my mom's house. She will now be my new cleaners as well as going to my mother's home to clean that. Thank you once again, I appreciate everything you've done. You're definitely a 5 Star cleaning company
