We also opted to not include our 4 bedrooms and dining room in this cleaning because we felt it was pricy enough and we can handle the other rooms. There was enough time for a walkthrough prior to the cleaning since I booked it few days prior. There was enough time to ask us questions about the service and clarify any possible misunderstanding. The day they came to clean my wife and I weren't home until halfway through the cleaning, the cleaner said that they decided on their own that we needed a deep clean in the master bathroom and the shared washroom upstairs and they wanted to negotiate a new price for the extra service they did without asking us if we wanted it. Overall the cleaning itself was not worth the price in my opinion, I have hired other cleaners in the past and my regular cleaner was unavailable and we chose to go based off of the reviews here, however the only review I can relate with is the one star review that details that they had the same experience as me except they got charged for the extra unwanted service whereas I did not. Stand your ground if you choose to work with them and be clear on what service you want.
