Like that right there feels weird!! The broker also mentioned not to call my bank to get my money back either.. It was mentioned, If i qualify it will be used as a down payment towards the fees.. but still. I personally wasn't comfortable with giving $1k for an "application". Like i have never heard of this.. especially this day in age. if it looks like a scam, feels like a scam... ITS A SCAM!

They had to return and get into my neighbors apartment because her kitchen sink is connected to my bathroom and my bathroom is connected to my kitchen sink. Go figure! When nothing worked unplugging the kitchen drain they returned again and tried through my bathroom sink. After three visits they left thinking issues resolved and then my bathroom sink plugged. I took a picture of the stuff coming out my bathroom sink that was plugged by this time. So I went down in person to maintenance with the photo of the crap plugging it up and they returned for the FOURTH time. At this time. I'm not sure if it's fixed but it's going to have to do for now.
