It's one of the best meals I've had in a long time! I forgot to tell him no mayo & even though he's already prepared the bread while the meat cooked, he went ahead and made it now I wanted it. He bends over backwards for his customers and wants us to be happy! He creates a great vibe - shows off his fresh ingredients before he goes to chopping and cooking it up to order! My favorite food truck in town!

We could hear them discussing our order and could tell there were some issues. Finally got our food only to find it was not what we ordered. The 'buffalo chicken cheesesteak' was literally just 4 chicken tenders coated in buffalo sauce and dumped in a togo container. When I went back to get it corrected the manager admitted there was some confusion and the 'Philly cheesesteak' fries had originally been made as sandwiches so she told the cook to dump them out of the rolls and onto the fries. (Which were soggy and a tiny serving) Now I can't eat those with the bread crumbs contamination! I gave her the food and asked for a refund and she told me she wasn't able to refund me, I would have to contact this company. Now I have no food and I'm out $46! I tried calling the number and got a voicemail. Also sent an email with zero response. Avoid this place!!!

Ordered two sandwiches and only received one when food was delivered by Uber eats. Called Uber Eats…read more.. said they were sorry and gave us a $5 credit for a $40 order! What an insult. I guess the Uber driver had a nice lunch from our order. Feel like we have no options here but never use Uber Eats again or order at Pardon My Cheesesteak.
