Putting my review here because the owner deleted mine on Google reviews and I think everyone should…read morebe warned about this company. Note: they hire contractors and they don't employ ACTUAL professional cleaners. Extremely disappointed. I was really excited for this because I am redoing my apartment and wanted a deep clean before I move things around, etc. I paid for extras including a deep clean, washing of dishes, baseboards and spot clean the walls. I live in a small studio apartment where there are barely any baseboards. The dishes were still dirty and stacked in a way where they retained moisture and there was caked on food on half of the dishes. Baseboards were not touched and the walls were not touched. They tried to argue with me saying that the cleaner didn't attempt to do the walls and the baseboards because they needed to be "repainted" but then why was I still charged for it? I sent them before and after pictures of me doing it including a one minute video of me cleaning the worst section with ONE Clorox wipe. The cleaner then left all of my cabinets GREASY in an unknown concoction and left the top of my dresser the same way. They argued that I didn't pay to have the INSIDE of my cabinets cleaned. That has nothing to do with what I just explained about the outside of the cabinets that I did pay for. Then they didn't move any picture frames, etc around and just wiped around it which is not a deep clean again something I paid for. I was out of town and they left my window OPEN (they knew I have a cat!) and unplugged my auto cat feeder so my cat was crying when I got home. They said the window was left open because the cleaner had PET ALLERGIES. Why is someone with pet allergies cleaning my apartment especially when I AGAIN PAID EXTRA BECAUSE I HAVE PETS. I checked under my ONE rug in the apartment to see if they actually mopped and vacuumed. Nope they didn't even vacuum the rug itself and didn't clean underneath it. I'm leaving this review because after sending pictures and videos and just asking for the extras to be taken off, they tried to argue with me and only give me 10% off of a $289 bill. And before I even got home to inspect (they cleaned the day before I got back home), they called, texted and emailed me about leaving a tip which felt really overbearing when they knew I was out of town. I'm just extremely disappointed and just want some understanding since I had to redo the majority of the cleaning and clean the extras that I prepaid for that did not get done.

Lyubov and Oksana did a wonderful job on our move-in deep clean. Even though the unit was…read morefurnished, they still gave the unit a thorough deep clean, and the results were amazing. Unlike other services where maids wear outdoor shoes or shoe covers that can tear, which we were worried about, these maids switched into indoor shoes right away and worked efficiently. They finished within the promised two-hour window while leaving the place very clean, including some of the furniture. We were most worried about our bathroom tiles, so we added the Microban disinfection as a paid add-on, in addition to the free green cleaning option. The Microban worked well, and the tiles and grout came out clean. We have to be honest, though: the scent was quite strong, and it took a while for the bathroom to air out afterward. Because of the pungent chemical smell, we asked the maids about the mold cleaner and whether it was part of the green cleaning, and they let us know that it wasn't. A heads-up about the scent and a note that it falls outside the green cleaning option would be helpful additions for future customers. Otherwise, we were happy with how the tiles turned out. Both maids arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and we paid exactly the rate we were quoted. One small hiccup was with scheduling. We chose the flexible arrival window for the discount, and the admin team had told us they could still confirm an exact time the morning of the cleaning day. We called that morning and never got a specific time, so we followed up and were told it was a miscommunication. A bit more clarity on scheduling next time would go a long way. On a positive note for the admin team, they picked up calls quickly and were receptive when we followed up. In short, Lyubov and Oksana were fantastic, and between the honest, reasonable pricing and the excellent cleaning, we would happily recommend Accessmaids and give five stars!

First of all the guy that came to clean was FANTASTIC, sweet as can be, cute, polite, friendly and loved my dog. If this review was just for him, it'd be five stars. He said there was another guy that was supposed to show up to help him clean, but this poor guy did the whole job himself. He worked VERY hard, and I did tip him because he deserved it. For a first time clean, my place looked very nice after. A few misses (shower curtain) but the cleaning was great. I hadn't had a deep clean in awhile, and my place was a little daunting, I think. What I had an issue with - and this is no slam on the guy (have I mentioned how much I liked the cleaning guy? He was great.) was the SMELL of the cleaning products used. They reek. My apartment actually stunk after. Ugh. Distressing. Luckily, I was able to throw the windows open and let the breezes do their work - and that took care of it, pretty much. That's what keeps me from giving more stars. A chat with the customer service guy informed me that this was hospital grade cleaner, gets rid of MRSA and other nasties. Okay, that appeals to me. Next day, the smell is gone. I can't say I'm a fan of the "natural" cleaning stuff. I'm the one on my knees in my bathroom in a biohazard suit with the damn Tilex and CLEANSER. I just don't think the "natural" stuff cleans as well. Oh well. Actually, I may try them again. Possibly. I'm not sure yet. But the initial smell of those cleaning products . . . yuk.

Reservation for 2 cleaners for 3 hours. 3 days before the service was scheduled to occur I received a call rescheduling the cleaning from a morning arrival to an afternoon arrival. Inconvenience sure but not a deal breaker. As a local, small business owner I understand things happen outside our control sometimes, especially in times of a pandemic. Day of cleaning, 6 hours before service is to start, I receive a call stating 1 cleaner has an emergency and they will be sending only 1 cleaner not 2 and they will get the clean done in 6 hours or less now. Day of cleaning 4 hours before service is to start I receive call for cancellation of service. No cleaner will be coming and they can reschedule for 2 days later. Again the service I booked was a move out clean. 2 days later is after the keys will be returned to the rental company. Not only did they cancel but they have my money on bank hold for a service they didn't complete! Horrible experience. Breach of contract. Cannot understand how a business can function this way.

Agnes replied late but was the lowest quote and also could come out on the upcoming Saturday morning so I booked her. My schedule actually freed up and I asked her to come out on Wednesday evening at 6 pm and she agreed. Just mentioning this back story to let you know she's very flexible in her scheduling. But enough of the back story. She came out and looked at my condo which needed a lot of cleaning since the last renter left it pretty dirty and I needed it thoroughly cleaned for the next renter to move in. The insides of the oven had burnt residue all over, the insides of the refrigerator had spilled liquid on multiple shelves, the wood floors had a thick residue of drywall dust since I had some of the drywall replaced in multiple rooms and the whole condo repainted, the bathrooms were pretty dirty and the bathtub was super dirty since the renter had a bath mat in the tub and apparently never cleaned underneath. Anyways she deep cleaned the appliances inside and out, she vacuumed the wood floors with her Dyson and mopped with a special cleaner for wood floors so the dust was gone and the floors were clean, she cleaned the bathroom. Everything looked and smelled fresh again. Well...except for the bathtub which she did the best she could but there were still black stains in the tub but I don't fault her since I really didn't think those stains would come out. But at least the bathtub was very clean and my new renter would just have to live with the stains. She had one other person helping her and she did all this in a little over 3 hours. Great job Agnes and I will definitely use you again!
