I've never wanted to do something like this. But I feel the need to not only because I paid a ridiculous amount of money for something I didn't want at all. Their costumer service was the worst part of it. From the beginning they told me they'd be able to do it and half way through the session they let me know they couldn't give me what I wanted but they'd try. So I gave them a chance cause I was already there. It took three different people to do my nails not to mention. When I noticed they weren't giving me what I asked for when it came to design I told them immediately and the girls respondes was "I know what im doing" and proceeded to laugh at me as if I had no clue what I was talking about. When it came to the chrome they ended up telling me they didn't have what I wanted so they gave me options between sliver or red glitter and the girl insisted the red glitter was similar and cute. So I asked her if I could see it (because all glitter is different in size, color and reflection iykyk) and the girl again started laughing at me in anger telling me "it's just glitter". I ended up with something I didn't want at all and I even asked if the price could drop since it wasn't what I wanted to beginning with and they denied to lower the price. The service was already done so I felt the need to pay. At one point the owner came to help because the girl obviously didn't want to do my service. He even went as far as taking off the work she had done because it was that bad. She got upset and took him out the chair to finish it herself, although she didn't want to and it was very obvious. I paid them because I didn't want to be like those people that walk out and they did take 3 plus hours. But over all the girl was very rude and unprofessional I tired so hard to be nice and be very clear about what I wanted so there would be no confusion. So sum it up I was laughed at multiple times and talked to like I didn't know what I wanted. I don't want a refund I just want to make it aware to everyone else what their environment and costumer services is like This is not $120 or 3 hour work at all especially with the way their staff treats their customers read more

If I had to I will give this nail artist a zero stars by I gave him a one star this nail salon had no respect for us what he did to my nails was OK but I did not really love it and I paid $80 for it he did not put a second coat on the nails when he painted it for the French tip pink he did not file it correctly because I can feel bumps on my nails and I can see them too and the person who was doing my nails he was on his phone and I was more important then get it in my nails done and it really aggravated me and then the person who did my friends nails cut her do not do them right and messed it up so she had to pay 55 for them read more

This was a hard place for me to rate... On one hand, the owner/manager was super friendly and sarcastic with us which made us feel really welcome and set us up for a good time. Then my manicurist barely spoke to me and rushed me along. I had a full set of dipped nails with tips in less than 30 minutes. There is so much glue left under my nails and I was disappointed that she didn't understand that I wanted my nails to be more narrow. Then I was so shocked that the bill was so expensive. If they had taken their time and I wouldn't have minded spending $15 more than anywhere else I've gone to in Midland. $50 and I didn't even get a hand massage. They were very friendly, however, the nail artist forgot to add the dots after she had studied the picture for quite awhile. I realized once she was putting lotion on my hands that she had completely forgot. I reminded her and she added, but she did it very rushed. So all the dots are different sizes and some are off center. Then she didn't do the lotion and hand massage like you get with every manicure. I think she was rushing to finish my manicure because four ladies came in to get manis and pedis. She did ask me if it was okay, I said it was fine bc I didn't feel like having her redo it. Best place in Midland Texas for eyelash extensions permanent make up nails and a pedicure love love love every single person at the spa my favorites are Annie for permanent make up Tony for eyelash extensions and Tweetie for my nails I can't remember who did my pedicure but he was also awesome they're so friendly every time I walk in or out they say hi hi everyone says hi I cannot believe there's one bad review plus I'm extremely picky and they are the nicest people ever. Came here for my first time, sat in the pedicure chair for 30 mins while my water got freezing, before anyone would help me, and I told them I also wanted a manicure 3 different times and yet no one would bring me colors to look at, not until my fingers were wrapped in foil and it was very hard to look through with those on, then the lady who filed my nails has them all uneven and I tried to tell them multiple times and nothing was done about it and I was left with uneven nails and no polish because their polish was too thin. read more

Would not recommend! Horrible service, very unsanitary and unclean. The man doing my pedicure rushed and was literally done in 15 minutes. Hardly massaged and left old color in the cracks of my nails. Rushed me through the dip, which i didn't want in the first place, but he kept repeating himself several times to get him to stop i agreed. Didn't hardly shape my nails, clean from under them or massage or apply any type of oil. They are uneven, and filed down past the nail bed, or half the nail didn't get dipped. When speaking to manager/owner, he began to raise his voice not only at myself but my mother. He reassured that he doesn't conduct business like other places in town, yet was quick to raise his voice and treat me like a child. He said he hates when customers don't follow directions and leave a bad review, he could have handled the conversation much better in order to reflect the benefit of my opinion and outcome of the entire situation.I got there with horrible nails and left with some too.
