The manager had looked and found my phone and very honestly had said they had it and not only that, he was willing to send it back to me on recorded delivery the very next day! I love honestly and genuine people like this and cannot thank you enough.! On top of this the sheisha lounge is amazing, so cool with a great chilled vibe. As I walked through I noticed this lounge was a pretty cool hangout for hotel guests but could also make a great pace for outside guests. They have great brightly coloured lighting that works well with the high end finish of the decor. Great seating options and a huge bar. The have a pool table which is FREE to play and also have sports or the news on TV. This place reminded me of hotels in shoreditch that have hip and trendy bars on their lower floors. Smart, clean, modern and 'European' in decor, it was reassuringly busy, early evening, even though mid-week. Friendly staff, we only had wines and coffees, but both were well up to spec. The Olive Lounge tickked all our boxes, and I will happily use it more in the future.
