If you're looking for a little magic with your morning coffee, Sacred Energy Crystal, Coffee, & Cafe is your new go-to spot! This place is an absolute gem (pun intended). I grabbed an oat milk cappuccino and it was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. But the real star of the menu? The Amethyst Matcha. It's this fun, dreamy-looking lavender matcha latte that tastes as good as it looks--lightly sweet, super creamy, and totally Instagram-worthy. Food-wise, everything I tried was delicious. The avocado toast ($9.99) is next-level (topped with a fried egg and balsamic glaze), and the Big Dipper burger ($13.99) was amazing. They clearly put love and intention into their ingredients. The cafe opens early at 7:00am, which is perfect for early birds like me. I went to my first class last night. The space is really small (like the size of your college living room) and a little hard to find from a crowded parking lot off 600 S. But if you're like me and you haven't been exercising regularly lately for whatever reason (me = childbirth (fine, he's two, but I'm a recently divorced single mom so time for myself is a precious commodity!)), it is so relaxing and welcoming when you come in that you quickly forget it was a bit of a hassle to get there. The instructor, Natalie, was terrific, especially for an easily intimidated, out of shape, generally squishy newcomer like me. The class was not physically taxing, but nor did I expect it to be given that its title was something like "rest and relaxation." I'm excited to sign up for my next class and really hope to develop a more regular, long-term yoga practice at this studio.

I took their 60-minute HOT Stretch class - space element with Julie and it was soooooo good. I always feel like I get such a good stretch when in a warmed room and this class did not disappoint. It wasn't a super demanding class, most of the poses were seated and laying down although we did do some standing poses towards the end of class. I brought my own towel and a towel for my mat as well. I don't know if they provide towels, but if they do they weren't visibly displayed. Excited to come back here!
