We ordered kids breakfast, huevos rancheros skillet thing, chicken and waffles, biscuit and gravy, and the whisky flight. The huevos ranchero was good, nothing to rave over but good. The chicken and waffles didn't come with syrup at first, I'm sure it was a mistake. The biscuit and gravy... looked amazing, but the biscuits were hard. Like rock hard, and even after sitting in the gravy, no moisture would come back. Haha Service... the lady was so sweet, but she kept forgetting us, she would place hot things right in front of the baby where she would easily grab it. She had a hard time splitting the bill. Ultimately we had to ask another waitress for water refill and splitting our bill. Maybe we will go back... but not in a rush.

Pomodoro - the pasta was cooked perfectly but I found the flavor to be a bit underwhelming. Portion size was satisfactory. Chicken Marsala - both pasta and chicken was cooked perfectly, and it was much more flavorful than the pomodoro. Mushrooms were delicious. Chicken wasn't seasoned outside of the sauce. Broccolini - both I and my partner got a side of brocolini, mine came out with three and hers came out with one. Not sure what happened there, but we paid the same amount. We ordered a Caesar salad that we never received. Tirimisu - this was stellar. I was already full, but I definitely overate just so I could finish off the dessert. Overall, the experience was quite plesant, and despite some smaller hiccups I would definitely recommend this place. Not sure I myself would return, but that has more to do with the fact that I'm not the biggest fan of Italian cuisine in general.

We get there and the lady who seats you wasn't very friendly, and then she wanted to seat us straight in the sun when there was a spot in the shade open so I asked to be seated in there. This seemed to annoy the young lady. Our waitress never introduced herself, and we seemed to be bothering her the entire time by just sitting there. We never asked for a refill, any special accommodations to our food. We were polite, said yes ma'am, please and thank you. She never once refilled our drinks, seemed to be annoyed when she offered us dessert and we asked what they had. She did hand the table next to us free cannolis for their anniversary . (We're not upset we didn't get anything free... we just wanted a pleasant experience.) She only became polite when it came time for the bill since she probably wanted a nice tip. What made the experience even more disappointing was the complete lack of attention from management. With multiple meals left untouched or barely eaten, you would expect a manager to stop by the table, ask about the experience, or make an effort to address the obvious problems. That never happened. The one bright spot of the evening was our server, who was absolutely outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and did everything she could to make the best of a very disappointing dining experience. She deserves recognition because the poor food and lack of management were not a reflection of her excellent service. The other order was the Harbor Breakfast (2 sunny side up eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes, English muffins, and strawberry). Both of these selections were flavorful, filling, and cooked to perfection. I cannot recommend the Seaway Grille enough and am so glad that it's conveniently located within the 1,000 Islands Harbor Hotel.
