I've selected this place as my go-to delicious Korean food for large birthday parties, funerals, graduations and family gatherings. The portions are great, and although the prices have increased in this crazy economy, the quality has not (which I appreciate so much). The Korean auntie is so nice and friendly, and she's always so accommodating even when we load up the food into our car. If food is a top priority for your wedding guests... Colette's Catering is THE CATERER TO BOOK!!…read more We've been to our fair share of weddings where the food was less than memorable, but we didn't want that to be the case for our special day. After doing tastings with 3 other companies, Colette's was a no brainer. What made Colette's stand out for us: - Incredibly communicative, professional, curious (Sarah N and her team are the BEST) - Fresh, seasonal ingredients and culinary execution - Restaurant quality techniques applied en masse (see Benchmark OC) - Always communicative and prepared Prior to our wedding, we spent multiple calls and had two in-person visits for planning. Sarah and her team were always professional and prepared. They walked us through different details to expect and made the wedding planning process incredibly easy to understand. Week of the wedding, Sarah reached out to give us an idea of what to expect and communicated with us each step of the way. Their warm congratulations and communications made it so easy to trust in them. Day of the wedding, they were phenomenal. Our food was prepared fresh and warm. The guests went to get seconds (some got fourths). We were told the bartenders were absolute gems, and even the head chef came to congratulate us. Top notch professionals. Pure class. Don't wait, give them a call!!!
