The portions are huge so if you are not hungry or small (like me) take starter it will be really enough! Instead of offering to replace the meal or help in any way, they just took the plate without saying a word. No one checked in, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. Then, to top it off, I was still charged €10.50 for the dish I couldn't eat. When I asked for the manager, a staff member said she was the manager, but never introduced herself or showed any care about the situation. She said I was charged because I "gave back the food." It's not about the money -- it's about the complete lack of customer care or professionalism. We left extremely disappointed and won't be returning. I wouldn't recommend Rugantino to anyone.
