The actual boardwalk itself needed repair in places. There were a lot of cranes and building going on. I hope that this is the start of new improvements so that next time I won't be disappointed. We walked about a mile of the two miles. Sights included the battleship, the bridge, hotels and some boats going by. There weren't very many people.
