She delivers exactly what she says she will deliver, including following up after placement to ensure everything has gone smoothly, that the client is ok and settled in, and offering further assistance if needed. From the first time he came to meet our daughter in the hospital, we have only had positive interactions. We have been fortunate to not have many sick visits for our daughter, but the few we have went smoothly. We were so happy with our experiences at Med Peds for our daughter that my wife and I both now have doctors there as our primary care physicians. All the doctors there are (as of now) board certified in both Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. I see Dr. Capes and my wife sees Dr. Lang, and we are both very happy with them as our doctors. Dr. Capes takes time to listen to everything I have to say, and clearly takes time to familiarize himself with my history each time I visit. He is also compassionate, and very personable. On another note, I've been very pleased with the office logistics. I've never had a billing problem, and most importantly - I can't remember a long wait. The patient load they take is well managed. The waiting room is never full, and once taken back into a room I don't think I've had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. These are the best group of doctors I've used, and they've earned my trust and future care.

I will miss my friends, but I will not miss the staff. They told me to leave if I don't like, I made too many complaints about the front door not locking and finding homeless people sleeping in the bathroom. After we complained about the assistant manager being rude to me and my family. After his wife told us to "F ourselves" and they let their dogs poo in the hallways, they literally wait for them to finish then will pick it up, sometimes. The assist manager is a good liar, he used to be better when Adam was here but no one can control him anymore. He says "good luck reporting me, reach out to the president directly, I hear they respond quickly" then him and his wife walk away laughing. I cried. He's made me cry several times, and ask my son, I'm not a crier. The assist manager has locked the bathrooms in the hallways out of spite. The turn around of staff is because of him, look on Indeed and learn what it's like to work here, then tell me you want to put someone you live in this kind of environment. Stay out of here. I'm moving out, I just can't find a place cheap enough so we're working on trying to find cosigners and loans. Please, I care about you, don't move in here.

We have spent many hours on her little porch that is off her apartment. Mom loves greeting her neighbors as they walk past, many with their little dogs. The staff and residents are friendly and this provides a feeling of family and comfort. The meals are wonderful - the Thanksgiving dinner was inclusive of family, beautifully decorated and the food was fantastic! The Great Call 24/7 emergency response system provides peace of mind. While mom is not able to participate in many of the activities provided, there is an array of socialization options for residents. The Longmont Regent is a home for the folks who live there and they can choose what they wish to take part in (or not). The Regent is not like other facilities that require the residents to adhere to schedules. It is HOME. Our family appreciates everything the Longmont Regent is and does for those who live there!

Before we even arrived at this facility staff reached out to us, administration returned calls and accommodated special requests. Everything about this facility screams WE CARE. The staff- from nurses, aids, doctors , dietitian, physical and occupational therapy to lunch room helpers were all genuinely helpful, kind and quick to respond. it is obvious the building maintenance staff take pride in their work. everything from floors and coffee pots to patient rooms was clean and in working order. we broke a blind in our room and maintenance fixed it the same day, they inquired if there was anything else at all that needed attention. Just one last shout out to the nursing assistants who smiled, visited and laughed with us every time they entered the room- even through bouts of very frequent diarrhea. Not once did we feel like a burden to staff and anyone who has needed long term cares knows what a HUGE difference that makes in your day.

I remember how horrible nursing homes were back in the 80s when I was looking after my grandfather. He was eligible to go into the Motion Picture home but had to be on a wait list until space opened up.
