We met with Franny Schmidt, one of the owners for our original orientation and have been in contact with Stacee Tabor another owner and their entire staff and health givers are truly amazing. I had an interview with Meadowview, Greeley, CO for, I believe, customer service. As a result of…read morethe phone interview, I would never apply again nor work there. It seemed that the leadership role as a interviewer was being taken too seriously and as a result the interview was more uncomfortable than necessary. The questions asked were excessive and her tone was not very friendly and intimidating. This is very nice facility from the outside. But I wonder what it is like on the inside. It makes me afraid to get old and know there are people like this "behind the scene." I do not expect a person to act phony but what happened to "treating people as you would like to be treated." If this is the result of the empowerment movement then I am witnessing the pavement of a road to a crappy future. What a let down! I was really looking forward to the interview and a possibility of assisting with the care of people needing help as they age. I understand that an employer wants to try and hire the best candidate but intimidating people will not make me want to work there. And I can only imagine how miserable it must be to be on their "team" on a daily basis.

An incomprehensive list includes: Eating my cat's food!!!! WTF Playing my guitar without permission Ignoring household dangers Constantly requesting "breaks" Unwanted insistence that I "buy a motorcycle so we can go meet chicks" OMG so much more.
