Absolutely LOVED this hotel... and you will too! My husband and I booked this hotel after finding a good deal on it for our honeymoon. The photos online looked great and we had our expectations set pretty high! We got to our hotel rather late at night, but the front desk staff was prompt and quickly got us checked in. The lobby is beautiful! Very country/rustic, complete with a fireplace. The room was just a beautiful! Plenty of space, rustic furniture, comfy beds... and the shower was the BEST hotel shower I've ever seen. It's a big walk in shower with tiled walls and floors... it's beautiful! It's the kind of shower that you literally never want to leave. I was floored at just how nice the room was! My husband and I splurged a bit and got a balcony. The view of the balcony wasn't bad at all. Our balcony overlooked the outdoor fire pits and pool. My ONLY complaint about our stay here is that while the breakfast was good, I just wish they changed it up a bit. It was the same food everyday. Eggs, ready-made omelets, pork sausage, turkey sausage, biscuits, gravy, breads, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal. Granted, they had a decent assortment of food, but I would've loved some bacon! Overall, we absolutely enjoyed every second of our stay here! We will absolutely be booking this place again for our next trip to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area!

Atrium

This is a newly renovated Hotel converted into a Lodge. As soon as you walk into the front door into the atrium it's beautiful ambience of gas fireplaces and a country theme. Some of the rooms also have gas fireplaces and hand carved furniture. The country theme of the early nineteen hundreds of Horse and Buggies and paintings and artifacts are throughout the lodge. There are many fine restaurants within walking distance and a high end Tanger Outlet Mall right across the street. The lodge is very clean and the staff is very attentive for your needs, they also offer a complimentary breakfast which also has seating outside by the pool area with gas fireplaces and comfortable furniture. This is a place I would recommend when visiting Sevierville Tennessee.

Best hotel experience I can remember having. If you are questioning if this is the hotel to book- just go for it. You won't regret it.

This was a nice stay in sevierville away from the crowd of gatlinburg…read more First check in was super quick and there were no issues. As we were walking through the halls we were greeted friendly by stay so this hotel definitely has hospitality down from our experience. The rooms were large and clean and beds were super comfy. There's no confusing light switches they some hotels tend to have. I didn't ever find a safe in the room but you have drawers to store clothes in the living room and an armoire to hang things if you so choose. The hotel breakfast was great they had oatmeal, 3 cereal choices including fruit Loops, okios yogurt, muffins, eggs, biscuits, sausage, pancakes and more. Overall a solid breakfast station and it was clean. We enjoyed our stay very well and the view from this location gives a nice view overlooking the gatlinburg mountains.

Very speedy and quick process. Hotel was very clean and free of clutter. Very quiet and even more secluded once we asked to be away from elevators. Room is awesome. I had a balcony view and it was amazing. I got to see the mountains from all different rays. Got to witness a beautiful breathtaking sunset as well. Rooms were very clean and they supply you with Dove products. Yay. All rooms come with refrigerator, and microwave and we were very excited with two televisions. In the morning you get a full breakfast and we stayed and got to experience a different selection each morning. The cinnamon rolls OMG . Great!!! Coffee was delicious and I got to try some different flavors of yogurts. The only con was painters taking up all parking spots when parking was already limited. Not to say you couldn't park in the back . But parking in the front was very convenient. Overall I'm very glad I chose this franchise to join .

I recently purchased a brand new rental cabin in the Smoky Mountains that I manage from Las Vegas…read more Mandy and Billy Gerken, owners of Comfort in the Smokies, are the most important members of my team on the ground in Pigeon Forge, TN. I literally could not manage my cabin, nor consistently meet my goal of 5-star reviews, without their committed involvement in the smooth running of my cabin. Not only are they a very experienced and professional cabin cleaning company, large enough to take on many cabins of any size, but they are my eyes and ears and muscle. Mandy runs a large, experienced cleaning crew. And Billy and Stephanie take care of all of my handyman tasks, like accepting Amazon shipments at their homes then assembling furniture at the cabin, and troubleshooting plumbing issues, and getting my brand-new cabin rent-ready by purchasing and installing blinds and drapes in every window, and 100 other things they have already done for me. They are excellent communicators. They are proactive, often letting me know if something is amiss or needs attention. They offer advice on things like throw rugs and pots and pans that should be added to the new cabin and I take their advice and they are always right. I interviewed 4 cleaning companies before deciding to work with Mandy and Billy. They are the most expensive of the 4 by a fair bit, but they are worth every penny. I trust them completely.

I have to say this was a wonderful stay from beginning to end!!!!…read moreCheck-in was very easy as we were checking in on the right hand side of the lobby the gentleman at the counter checking us in and then the gentleman who issued our parking passes an pool passes was very polite! The room was very clean and well organized for our stay an we had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both of the bathrooms. The very first few days we spent at the waterpark area, which I have to say is very much geared, to kids and families with smaller children. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop pool and seating area to enjoy the sun. We did not eat any food that was at the resort as we made most of our meals in the condo!! If you're there to play golf, this is a great location because the golf course is in the same parking lot!!! We were a little sad that the outdoor pool area was closed. It looked like renovations were going on, but they did give you waterpark tickets to Soaky Mountain free of cost. I absolutely love the idea of having our bracelet to be able to get into the building and into our room and into the waterpark. It made it an ease and not have to worry about holding onto a key card or remembering a code. I also love the fact that they reach out to you by text so if you need anything at any given time, it's very easy. They also check on you during your stay and remind you of checkout through text, which is very nice. I can say this was a great staycation for us and we will have family staying when they come into town!!!!

We had 5 adults in a 2 bedroom and tons of space to spare, it definitely could have handled the full 8 person capacity. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfy, and our unit was clearly remodled recently. The in unit laundry was amazing! I brought jetted tub cleaner, but was surprised when I ran it, it was already really clean! We loved our time at the pool, seeing the Dollywood fireworks from our balcony, and sunsets from the upper floor trash area at the west facing buildings (dont knock it till you try it!) Side note: We aren't owners, so I was worried about high pressure check-ins like I read about, but it was fine. Apparently 2 years ago they were bought by Travel & Leisure and changed tactics. They offered free tickets to attend an info session, I said no thank you and they gave me the keys. They have a great texting based system for updates and everything you need (like towels, dishwasher tablets, etx.) and they were super fast in responding! We had an amazing week! We did a mix of everything and it was nice being right on the edge of everything in Pigeon Forge and 30 mins from Gatlinburg. Honestly I only held back the 5th star because we did have a pretty big black bug run through, but we were on a 1st floor room, which is actually downstairs and there was a visible gap under our door that it likely ran in (we are backed up to woods, and thats what I choose to believe). I sent them a note that they really need weather stripping!

And if I wanted to be splashed like that I would have went to sea world. Again the employees were sorry, but said there was nothing they could do. The put put was a joke and not convenient to the club house for balls and clubs. The coffee is the worst!!!
