All I can say is LOOK NO FURTHER than Frank! We were helped Immensely by Frank on a 1999 Nissan Maxima, that the dealer (Baron) told us to never bring back! So I didn't. And luckily found Frank at The Locksmith Express instead. Took my problematic NATS system nobody works on anymore and programmed my blocked key(s), and also cut my new OEM Key with the Dealer Code, that the dealer couldn't even do! He had to pull out some OLD RELIABLE equipment nobody else kept. Worth EVERY penny and still more reasonable than the dealer, which would also mean a towing charge of $150 at the least. I needed a locksmith to help with a trailer hitch receiver lock that I had misplaced the keys to. I called Frank and explained my issue and he told me he would look at it immediately. Needed to replace an inside skeleton key. Frank was very knowledgeable in our telephone conversation and gave me option of meeting him or coming to the house. I asked him to come to the house. He was excellent communicating his time frame and with follow up calls as he knew his schedule. Would give this locksmith over 5 stars. My wife and I had an old lock and deadbolt from some decade gone by. The owner, Frank, came by and knew exactly what we needed, worked diligently and professionally. What we thought was a complete lock replacement, he was able to salvage our existing old hardware (which we liked) and it works like a dream now. If you are looking for professional, prompt, HONEST service with a smile, look no more. I had 2 Marvin Sliding door locks with terrible mechanics that rendered the locks unusable. I literally had a pole holding the door closed. I called Frank first thing in the morning expecting to shell out bundle. He showed up when he said he would. I wish I could give Frank at Locksmith Express six or seven stars. I had a problem with the engine immobilizer on my VW that had me really up a creek. The dealer told me I should have it towed in and they'd charge me $120+ to diagnose or reprogram. Frank had several work around suggestions, patiently explained them over the phone....and the second one worked and had me on the road in half an hour. I wish I could give 10 stars to this review. I had an emergency situation - a town inspection scheduled and I lost keys to my fence gate key. Another company was scheduled and they called me and told me they didn't know how to do it!! Frank is a gem of a guy! He went above and beyond, spending almost an hour trying to help me out with my car remote.
