After cutting a new key with no success, and pricing a flatbed at almost $500, Thomas answered the phone for my last ditch effort searching for a fix at 9pm on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Thomas called me back within 20 minutes as he said he would, showed up exactly on time and then spent over 3 hours with another run back to his office for parts, only to find out it wasn't a lock or ignition cylinder issue at all... this didn't stop him. At almost 12am he called to tell me he had just solved the problem... a broken spring in the steering lock mechanism. He dug it out and got me running again by about 12:30am. He's not a mechanic, and went way out of his way as a locksmith to fix my issue. It would have been way easier to do what 2 other locksmiths did when I called them in desperation... just say sorry, can't fix it. This company rocks!
