I had more questions but felt like running out after the first one based on the vibe from the girl at the counter... I tend to make more friends in business that I visit, especially as a local in whistler during the off-season, but I sure didn't feel welcomed here today. Seems like others on yelp feel the same way... Please note that I rarely give low star reviews and prefer to elevate good people and businesses; i wont be supporting this (as it says on the entrance door) local Whistler business -- be nice and take a moment to help out a customer when they come in please

The second star is for having a decent mod available (and outdated). This isn't a legit stand-alone shop. This is a cigar shop with a single stand-alone glass case (literally) featuring a very limited inventory of just the essentials. The sales assistant didn't know anything about vapes and admitted as much. Couldn't tell me what battery it needed (although I already kind of knew). The only mod kit they had was over double the price you can find online. Not too happy about that but I needed my nicotine fix and that's my problem as an addict. So no star there. The juices they had weren't great and thankfully I still had enough of my own to carry me through the weekend.

Parking can be a little tricky, so try to come during non-rush hour so you can park outside. Their selection of juice and devices are great and there is always something new to try. They are very knowledgeable about devices as well and so helpful for beginners who might be intimidated by other experiences. The prices are fair and if you buy in volume they will always offer a discount. They are really good at replacing defective coils, and when you switch devices and have extra coils you can always bring them in to trade-in for new ones too. I love that it's always busy here and sort of a meeting spot for avid vapers. Good sampling bar too for trying out new flavors also.
