I went in for an infection in my lungs . I mean this is not where you want to go if you think you've got some serious sickness . They were very professional and the receptionist was very friendly and the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and wrote me a prescription for antibiotics . I don't know what type of experience people want in the quality of care . If you're super sick you need to go to the ER not to The Little Clinic but for what I expected to be it was right on time read more

I've taken my kids a couple of times and have no complaints. They were friendly, on time, and very caring.

Contrary to all the one-star reviews, I had a fast and friendly experience today. I wasn't sick, but scheduled my husband and I for Flu and TDAP vaccines online. We completed the check-in process online the night before, so when we arrived, we didn't have to fill out any paperwork. They took us back 5-10 minutes after our designated appointment time (which is normal, so we weren't upset about having to wait), gave us our vaccines, and we were on our way! Care quality SUCKS. I have a significant sinus infection and most of the time The Little Clinic is what I need. The Clinic on South Church in Kroger Murfreesboro has been bad before but I had hoped it had changed. I saw Mary Frederick FNP-BC who verified that I had a sinus infection and when I told her that what I had been given in the past for same problem worked well and wanted that again since I can depend on it getting me well faster. I asked for Z-Pak and I asked for a Prednisone dose pack which is measured out in easy doses and helps keep you on track for taking. She gave NO INDICATION that she was not going to fill that. What she did give me was OVER SIZED, HARD TO SWALLOW AMOXICILLIN 875MG TAB, a dose large enough to give me major stomach issues and too big to swallow. I can not swallow large caplets and can not tolerate the dosage as given. She also did not give me the dose pack of prednizone, instead she gave me five oversized20MG Prednizone tab which does not work well for me in this form. Therefor, I have to remain sick and throw this medicine away. I will get billed for my non insurance share in the coming days and as a Senior Citizen on a fixed income makes this trip to Little Clinic a huge mistake. What happened to your people listening to a patient and meeting their needs. What she prescribed might be within the parameters of what I asked for but not in the type of doses that I can take. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CLINIC. I WILL NOW HAVE TO WAIT TO GO TO A DIFFERENT CLINIC TO GET RE-ASSESSED AND GET MEDICINE THAT WILL WORK, BUT MY MEDICARE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO DO SO OR GET NEW MEDICINE FOR AT LEAST 30 DAYS. AS I SAID The Little Clinic on South Church in Murfreesboro. does not listen, does not give safe doses of medicine appropriate for their patients, so do not waste your time. I am mad, disappointed, and will have to remain sick, and since I am a care giver to my husband and stretched to the limit, I had hoped to get relief from my painful sinus infection. I went to this location last week because I was sneezing, had a cough, sore throat, fever, drainage, my ears hurt and my entire body ached. The nurse practitioner didn't really seem to know what she was doing. While she was asking me questions she was looking up the potential result of what I had on her computer. Instead of weighing me, measuring my height etc her helper just asked me those questions. They did a fast acting strep test on me and it came back negative. So she did another one and sent it off to be tested. She said I'd hear something in 2-3 business days. It's been a week now and I never heard my results. No email, no phone call/message. That's okay though because I know what was wrong with me no thanks to the clinic. The nurse told me I just had some sinus drainage and sent me on my way. Didn't prescribe anything and said to get cough syrup over the counter. Come Friday I was miserable! Come to find out I had the flu! She didn't even test me for the flu. It's now Tuesday the following week and I'm still not feeling great. The aches and pains are gone but my drainage and cough are still here and going strong. I wouldn't waste your time going here. Instead I'd take the time to go across the parking lot to Barfield Clinic or go see your regular practitioner. read more

I was a12pm walk in with 1 person in front of me. I had a approximate wait time of 27min when I signed in. I waited over an hour and a half. The doctor told me at 12:30 that I had to wait to be seen because she was taking a 12:30 scheduled apt before me. I walked out at 1:37 because I had to get back to work.... the doctor had no help. No one to process insurance. No one even to tell her I was leaving. Poor customer service get the woman some help or you won't have a clinic doctor very long. read more

I tried to make an appointment online and it showed a statement that no appointment was available. I called to speak with the office. It's Memorial Day and I want to make sure someone is actually there before getting ready and going up there for no reason. They didn't answer. I understand they can be short staffed so I called Kroger's main line. The woman that answered was very loud and rude. I was trying to explain what I needed and she kept telling me to call the Little Clinic number. I finally raised my voice and told her she needed to listen to me! She walked over there and when they didn't answer the phone she transferred the number which is exactly what I didn't need. After letting it ring another 3:26 she came back on the line to tell me they didn't answer. Back to my original question - are they open today on this holiday - yes or no???? Finally she said yes. Now I have to decide if I want to go sit and wait for more rude service or just stay home with a sinus infection. read more

Go somewhere else! I've been twice now, and the receptionists (2 different ones on 2 different occasions) were consistently attitude-slinging, condescending, entitled brats, with no concept of customer service. The doctors were ok and helpful. Doctor told me to call over weekend if I wasn't better. I'm worse! Have called and left a message every hour since they opened to get stronger medicine. Nothing. It was hard enough to muster energy to leave the couch to go there 2 days ago. Now I feel worse, and want stronger meds called in, so a family member can go pick it up. They will not answer the phone. They will not return calls even after leaving repeated messages. Better to go to a dedicated urgent care facility where calls are answered, and reception is understanding, accommodating, and professional. read more

I checked in at 1:30pm today. They told me I could leave and come back and that I should be back by 2:15/2:20 and they would get me in. I left and came back. It's 3:11pm and there are still people in front of me. THEN they took someone that checked in after me. I asked why and they said "well they're just getting shots." So apparently shots come before people who have been waiting for almost 2 hours now. I understand clinics being busy but lying about wait times and taking people that checked in after me for ANY reason are the reasons why I DO NOT recommend this clinic at all. Out of all of the choices in Middle Tennessee, there is no reason to waste your time with this one. read more
