The saloon was customized to say "The Siebert Saloon", we were able to work with Gary to customize our photo print out exactly how we wanted it! The guests loved it and we love being able to view all the photos and see that everyone else was having as great of a time as we did! Gary was quick to respond, very informative and made us feel like we were friends even as complete strangers. His demeanor day of was just as perfect and interacting with him was easy and fun! We used Capture the Moment KC at our wedding reception. It was a blast!…read more - The staff was great to work with - very responsive either via email or phone. - The photo booth is a great size. We fit 8 people at one time - It was definitely snug! - They customize the bottom of the photo strips to be any colors, fonts, little heart designs if you want. We practically got our own logo made. - Optional "guestbook" for the event where a copy of each series of photos is put in a book for guests to sign. (guests also get a copy) - Plenty of props come with the booth. Funny hats, pirate swords, a giant beer pillow thing. - Guests waiting in line get to see what's going on in the booth via a live stream to a laptop. It helped the line not seem quite so long at our reception. I have one qualm. We only had them set up for 2 hours, and of course me being the bride I was running around for a good chunk of it. They started to close up shop exactly at the 2-hour mark, which happened to be when my 4-year-old niece and I were headed their way. They Did Not make an exception for us. I realize their time is just as important and "I get what I pay for," but - no exceptions? Not even for the bride and her (adorable!) niece? Sad face. Our booth attendant was also trying to get more people to come to our booth, which was a plus. So all over very positive.

First off, I should have written this review almost a year and a half ago (Meaning this place is so…read morewonderful that I am writing this review almost a year and a half later at 6am...which should tell you something). Now that the cat's out of the bag, I would just like to say that TJ and the staff were absolutely wonderful!!! My (Now) wife and I could not have asked for a better venue nor staff. They worked with us in every aspect possible...even when they didn't have to. The venue is gorgeous, and I'm sure that anyone who tours this place will have quickly already deduced that information...so let me address some of the concerns I had (And how they were addressed). We wanted Jack Stack (the BBQ place down the street was even better. We were worried 2 hrs of alcoholic drinks wasn't going to be enough For our guests. The bar downstairs was so large and so well stocked people didn't have a problem getting what they needed. I was worried it was too far from downtown (and I mean really worried)...the drive was not a problem for my family (all from out of town)...moreover, they all said it was completely worth it and the venue was excellent. My wife was a little anxious at times...TJ and his staff took care of it. It truly was exactly the wedding I wanted and at times didn't even know how to plan. Bottom line: If you choose this place, you will get a top notch staff with a top tear aesthetic for a reasonable price. If you have only considered venues downtown and Ruled this venue out because of the distance (which is exactly what I did)...don't ...at the very least take a tour of the location. I'll bet you will fall in love with both the staff and the venue. ...Just my 2 cents
