The saloon was customized to say "The Siebert Saloon", we were able to work with Gary to customize our photo print out exactly how we wanted it! The guests loved it and we love being able to view all the photos and see that everyone else was having as great of a time as we did! Gary was quick to respond, very informative and made us feel like we were friends even as complete strangers. His demeanor day of was just as perfect and interacting with him was easy and fun! We fit 8 people at one time - It was definitely snug! - They customize the bottom of the photo strips to be any colors, fonts, little heart designs if you want. We practically got our own logo made. - Optional "guestbook" for the event where a copy of each series of photos is put in a book for guests to sign. (guests also get a copy) - Plenty of props come with the booth. Funny hats, pirate swords, a giant beer pillow thing. - Guests waiting in line get to see what's going on in the booth via a live stream to a laptop. It helped the line not seem quite so long at our reception. I have one qualm. We only had them set up for 2 hours, and of course me being the bride I was running around for a good chunk of it. They started to close up shop exactly at the 2-hour mark, which happened to be when my 4-year-old niece and I were headed their way. They Did Not make an exception for us. I realize their time is just as important and "I get what I pay for," but - no exceptions? Not even for the bride and her (adorable!) niece? Sad face. Needless to say, the photobooth was a huge hit at the wedding, there were lots of fun props and having the photos personalized with the name of the couple was a really nice touch. My favorite part was the fact that you can text the photos to your phone! Randy continued to be helpful and kind throughout the entire night which was really nice. I've been to weddings where the photobooth operators are just plain rude or uninterested and this was not the case with RGB! Highly recommend, would book again in a heartbeat if I ever find myself at a wedding in the Kansas City area.
