There isn't anything like it in Spokane. You have to stop by just to see the bridal suite alone...it's a photographer's dream!

The venue itself is incredibly beautiful and it is paired perfectly with incredible staff. (Bonus points: They have Guinness on tap!). Kim, who was our McGinnity room coordinator, is one of the most wedding-knowledgeable people I have ever met. It was very clear from the start that she knows what she is doing and she loves her job. I seriously can't explain how awesome it was to have her be there for us. We still (2 years later) have friends and family mention how awesome Kim was and how fun/ beautiful our wedding was. Another bonus point: I called Kim to see if she could get us one of their pies for my Wife and I's first year anniversary as a surprise- not only did she get us a pie but she handmade a cobbler too! She then decorated the venue with lights and a single table and chairs for my Wife and I to sit and enjoy some champagne and pie. She seriously went above and beyond. 10/10 have definitely recommended this venue to friends already.

Living next to Mica Event Hall has been incredibly frustrating. It has become a repeated problem that seriously affects the surrounding neighbors. What is even more concerning is that, to our knowledge, the building still does not have a proper occupancy approval, despite concerns being brought to the county multiple times. Nothing meaningful seems to have been done to address the situation. As far as we can tell, there are also no wheelchair-accessible restrooms available for guests, only portable toilets outside. We understand people want a place to celebrate events, but there also needs to be responsibility, respect for neighbors, and compliance with basic safety and accessibility standards. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

We all want our children to have a lifetime memory, yet not have to take out a second mortgage out to make it happen. The rates were more than fair, and you get some very important amenities needed for a lovely event. My niece had her wedding here, and it was just as perfect as she hoped it would be. Bar area, a sequestered room for bride and bridesmaids, plenty of bathroom facilities, stage, lights, great sound system, ADA friendly, and even some leisure games in a back corner to occupy the young ones who always get bored with adult functions. You also get the owner. He's a good young dude, is all over the place taking care of things, and is genuinely proud of what he is bringing to the community. And, any little hiccup that might occur is quickly taken care of because....he's there. Our whole family was very impressed with him. They did a phenomenal job!!…read more Throughout the planning, Leslie was quick to respond to me and assist me any way she could (which was especially important since I do not live in Spokane and planning was more of a challenge with you're 2 hours away). She was so very organized and great to work with! She's very friendly, funny, and outgoing! She takes great pride in her work and goes the distance to make sure you're happy! She took charge of the event and reassured me she'd take care of everything. She directed everyone on when they should walk down the aisle and with whom they should walk. She set everything up (cake, guest book, chairs, tables, etc.). She even had someone available to run the iPod during the ceremony (sound system complements of YouDoDJ). Everything was perfect. Speaking of perfect, the food was AMAZING! I'm still hearing about how wonderful the food was. We had Pork Tenderloin with a Huckleberry Demi Glace, Italian Chicken Roulade, Roasted Red Potatoes, their Signature Salad (with cranberries and the most delicious candied walnuts), fruit, sourdough bread, and lemonade and coffee to drink (to accompany Arbor Crest's wine). Everything was great. It was one of the best meals I've eaten, and I'm picky! People were saying it was the best wedding food EVER! Service was friendly and attentive. They came around to refill drinks. They even wrapped up leftovers for us to take home. All the staff was very kind and professional. Price was competitive and reasonable! If you need any event catered, I would recommend Catered For You. I have no complaints whatsoever!
