I want to let folks know they should not use this service…read more Here is our story. In February, we booked a shuttle between Denver and Granby to C Lazy U ranch. The driver picked us up early from the airport which we thought was great, however the ride to the ranch was not pleasant. 1. The driver (Austin) spent most of the drive texting even after we pointed out that he should not be texting while driving. He tried to hide that he was doing this. Texting and driving is illegal and and dangerous. We were on winding mountain roads. The fact that we asked him to stop and he continued is reason for termination. 2. He drove very slowly and behind huge semis for most of the ride. 3. He talked incessantly about non-sense annoying us. For our ride back, he stranded us. We had a 5am pick up from our ranch. We received a reminder the night before stating it was a 5am pick up. He texted at 4am telling us he will be there soon. We responded saying our ride is for 5am pick up, but he didn't respond. He wasn't there at 5 am. We tied calling him but he didn't pick up. He finally texted us back and said we missed the shuttle because we weren't ready at 4am and to call the office. Well it was 5:30am and the office didn't open until 8am. We had a 10:20 flight which is 2.5 hrs from Granby. What the hell? Apparently, in very fine print somewhere it says that there is this 55 min window before your scheduled pick up time when you have to be ready, but it was not communicated in any materials except the fine print. Overall their communication is terrible and their customer service is worse. With this very strange rule (why would I be ready for pick up at 4am if all the reminders say 5am?!?!?) they should be reminding their customers. When we did get in touch with the office they said "too bad we don't refund for missed rides." They wouldn't even consider that they didn't effectively communicate their "rule". I have no problem with clear rules however this "rule" was not clear, they didn't call it out to us, they didn't remind us in any comms, at drop off the driver didn't remind us, and all the confirmation texts and emails said a 5am pick up. Management clearly doesn't care about their customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

He arrived just a bit early, very professional and friendly. Everything you'd expect. The driver can take a credit card or cash payment. I don't have the luxury of hiring a driver often, but I would highly recommend them.

A recent experience with Boulder Transport was not good. My flight arrived at 5:45pm at the Denver…read moreairport. At 5:59pm I was instructed by text to meet the driver at a specific pickup location. I arrived there shortly afterward, but the driver was not present. I received multiple texts stating "take me about three minutes to get there," "3 minutes," "I'm coming," etc. Yet the vehicle did not arrive until approximately 6:40pm. As an older traveler with mobility concerns, I hired a limo service specifically for peace of mind and reliability. The vehicle itself was fine, and I did ultimately get home safely. However, the delay and the inaccurate arrival estimates created unnecessary anxiety. When I contacted the company the next day to request acknowledgment and adjustment to their charge, I was told I had only waited three minutes and was informed I am no longer welcome to use the service. I'm sharing this experience for travelers who prioritize reliability and clear communication when arranging airport transportation.

My husband and I booked a round trip ticket last night to Blackhawk as a parents night out. The way…read moreto black hawk was fine, on time and no issues. Driver told us exactly where pick up was in front of the Isle hotel lobby (we even saw another bus picking up there as we were getting dropped off). Fast forward to 11:10pm, we head back to the pick up location for the 11:25 bus...no show... the valet guy said it was probably canceled, but shouldn't we have received some sort of communication about that?! So we decide to not make a big deal of it, grab some food and wait for the 12:25am bus...we show up at 12:15, and wait and wait as we watch 2 ramblin buses stop, one of the Ramblin drivers even said that the Ace bus was coming right behind. Well we FINALLY see the Ace bus at 12:40am, and instead of heading right at the light towards the Isle, they take a quick left and disappear. We head in to the lobby where the staff tells us that if they turned left that means they were full and won't pick up anymore. WOW okay cool so instead of having the curtesy of letting your customers know that it's full, you just drive the other way to avoid us and keep us waiting in freezing cold temperatures. NOT TO MENTION MY HUSBAND AND I HAD A BABYSITTER WAITING FOR US AS HOME. We ended up getting lucky with a lyft, paid a fortune, and got home at 2am, almost 2 hours later than we told our sitter. We're just fortunate we didn't get stranded in Black Hawk before the winter storm. You bet I will 100% continue to try to get a hold of this company (oh yeah I tried calling at least 50 times, no answer obviously) and get every single penny of my money back. AVOID THIS BUS AT ALL COSTS AND GO TO RAMBLIN.

The bus has to swap drivers for safety purposes…read more Consistently they don't have a driver to swap so the passengers are stuck sitting in Golden waiting to go home. As I type this I've been waiting for over 20 minutes waiting for a new driver with a bus full of people who just want to go home. Not to mention they promised to add wifi to the busses over a year ago...I've never experienced any form wifi on any bus.
