When we raised the issue, they berated us over phone and text, insisted they weren't at fault, and then refused to refund our money. On top of that, they aren't even the actual service provider -- just an agent who acts as a middleman, charging more while delivering poor results. Completely unprofessional and not worth the hassle.

Kennedy introduced himself as the guy who was taking care of animals since 5 generations and he is studying to be a vet. The main mahout was a small guy and he was hilarious. He did most of the talking about all the animals. These elephants are rescue elephants which have been handed over by the zoo for various reasons, or, so I understand. There are 3 elephants Paige with longest teeth, Jeanie with a little short ones , and Krissy with none. With poaching increasing, the number of Krissy's are increasing. That will keep them safe I guess. Not sure why the previous reviews are so brief. We got to learn about them, feed them carrots, even phones if u r willing to give away ( ha ha- Paige really seemed to want them), how to keep their foot and nails in shape, bathing them so on and so forth. This was the first time I had heard a live trumpet and it was adorable. In the end we posed for pics. They are tamed and trained no doubt, but seemed to be enjoying our company and well treated by their owners. They have plenty of parking. Tickets are purchased online, most often they are open only one weekend a month. Restrooms are available. Food not allowed, but a bottle of water is ok. Got to meet Abu the camel, his partner, a zebra and a billy goat and his family too. I wanted to hold one and did not know how to- one of the helper guys I approached said just pick them up and hold - really ! Then some other fellow visitor helped.

Initially when we came in, we thought the $26 admission rate allowed us to also interact and feed the animals. However, it was actually an additional $30/person on top of the admission rate to do that. So in total (with taxes/fees), it came to around $130 for two people to get the entire experience of coming in and interacting with/feeding the animals. However for us it was worth it! For anyone looking at the negative reviews of others experiences not being able to interact with animals, perhaps you could consider coming in earlier during the day (we came right when they opened at 10am). We were told by staff that for some animals they are more active in the morning since it's their feeding time and by the afternoon they are already resting/hiding. Within a 1 hour timespan, we were able to interact with the sloth, anteater, capybara/cavy, penguins and birds. There were less people in the morning so I think that also helped. It was overall so much fun!! Being able to come in and see the animals up close was so unique and incredible. Every single staff member we met was also amazing and friendly. They were so knowledgeable and you could tell they really cared about the animals. I also wouldn't take it personally if they didn't allow us to interact with the animals, that's most likely for the animals well being! They do have quite a few animals to admire and feed, pony rides, a train, playground areas for kids, a duck pond, a mountain of sand. As far as the animals go, they have llamas, sheep, goats, horses, cows, turtles, rabbits, chickens, ducks, pigs, and a donkey. You can go into a few of the pens to feed the animals. Others you can only feed from the outside. Some of the animals you can't feed. They specify all the rules at the front desk. We came strictly for the farm animals since our 14-month-old daughter has never met any. She's too young for playgrounds or sand mountains so we really only viewed the animals and took a train ride. Good thing she was free. If you're paying for a whole family to visit, you might as well spend a few hours here. Make sure you bring hats, water, sunblock.
