I booked a party for my sons 10th birthday. This was our first time at a Color Me Mine studio. When…read morewe arrived we picked out our items and went to the back room. We were told we could choose from the 25 colors that were back there. When we were done with the party, we realized that there was a larger array of color options in the main studio and that the paint brushes and everything were better quality. It was upsetting to find out that we were not provided with an option to use any of those colors or items even though we were spending our money the same as everyone else. I expressed my disappointment in an email, hoping that in the future they would let others know. However, I feel like the management was very unprofessional and rude when I brought this to their attention. Attached are screenshots of our conversation. I was unable to get a screenshot of the first email sent as it was through their online contact form on their page, which I did not receive a copy of. I felt like I they were very dismissive of my concern and failed to address the problem. They still don't seem to understand what the problem is. After speaking with others regarding this location, we will not be visiting here anymore. But we have heard wonderful things about the Harrisburg location and will visit that location in the future.

It was a us against the color me mine world. 5- once done we didn't know what to do. 6- we waited 20 minutes to paid, we just stood there. Just stood there while they helped everyone but us and the printer acted up. 7- after we picked up our items they noted "big dips- no idea is someone talked to them" obviously NO ONE HELPED US "Inside 262 outside base color 67 w/ pp dripping" well if 262 can't be inside we wouldn't know because ON ONE HELPED US "85. 43, 39 all down it and globby" AGAIN if this is an issue with the layered paint we wouldn't know because ON ONE HELPED US "No base coat" the base coast is actually white but you wouldn't know that because NO ONE HELPED US
