Over the years (28 this August) I lost 3 of the 4 rubies, and the last time I had it in for repair, I have pretty bad arthritis so I had it enlarged with a way to tighten it so it wouldn't come off, but fit over my knuckle. The previous jeweler only attached one side to the ring itself, and it cracked right in the center on the side that faces your palm, I guess is the way to describe it.. I do have before and after, but not of the crack. HIGHLY recommend! So happy with my ring!

The lovely woman who helped me yesterday was (is) so sweet, conversational, patient, and helpful - never imposing or pushy. It was kind of like when you meet someone in a salon and start talking while you're getting pedicures. I'm pretty picky and I have very slim fingers. I must have tried on 20(+?) rings before finding a lovely, delicate diamond/pink sapphire band, perfect for what I was looking for. I return to PA every few years and plan to include Henderson's as a regular stop from this point forward. Their sign says "Jewelers," but they seem more like very nice people who happen to sell and repair treasures.
