Had to pull out our kiddo after seeing safety issues. Also there is so much turnover with teachers. My kiddo was always telling me of a new person teaching that the admins never told us about. Lack of communication and when I asked the admins questions, they snapped at me and got defensive. Then I looked at the licensing reports after one parent pulled out her infant for big safety concerns (documented in a high violation). Small school and so many teachers have left. In 2024 so far many violations including untrained teachers. We are thriving at our new school and it's cheaper, staff is nicer (communicates at least without snapping) and is a safer place for our little one. Also located right under a 5 G tower (see the other review - it's unsafe for that reason too).Here is the mess I found from licensing. Our child was diagnosed with ASD and ADHD after leaving FSCS. That said, FSCS never suggested that his behaviors might be due to some sort of developmental delays or neurodivergence. For the cost, I'd think/hope/expect that they would have someone on staff that would be able to help parents identify these types of "issues" early on but it was never suggested that his "behavior issues" might be something to take a longer look at. It was never part of ANY conversation that he/we might benefit from an evaluation for ANYTHING. We were just told (REGULARLY (almost daily)) about behavior issues. So, if you're into paying a premium to be shamed as a caregiver or being made to feel like a less than amazing parent, I encourage you to send your loved one(s) to FSCS.

Their billing, scheduling, front office staff, and teachers all provide a effective environment for families to feel taken care of. During the pandemic they provided a vital service for many parents and were able to keep their employees and children enrolled stay safe and healthy! My daughter had 6 teachers in 7 months at this school; 5 of those 6 teachers had NEVER been in childcare before Montessori Oaks. Both the teachers individually shared this with me, and Ninna later verified it. Ninna is generally lacking in professionalism, aptitude for running a business, and isn't a present or engaged leader at the school. Ninna & Carl, I was a PARENT of your school. It seems that my generosity and volunteerism had somehow shifted your expectations of me, which had you treating me like staff. You did not pay me, I did not work for you, and I had ZERO responsibility to register families at Montessori Oaks. Furthermore, YOU have a responsibility to be professional with ME as paying customer. For you to believe that I owe you professionalism and to register families at MO is absolutely senile. You don't know what you're doing, your staff have little respect for you, you aren't present on campus or with parents, you're defensive about feedback, and you've had to close your other campus and complain openly about the alarming financials of the Anderson Mill campus. If anyone is unprofessional, it's you. You are the common denominator of your businesses failures. Regardless of this, I have given dozens of hours of my time beautifying the campus and building a parent community, I've referred and registered families, and I've supported you through your mental health difficulties and business challenges (on multiple occasions Ninna solicited me for business and management advise about how to write up and fire teachers). Blaming me for the failing status of the school may be convenient, but ultimately, we all know that if you run a great program, you'll fill your classrooms. All this said, my son, who was upstairs with Nipa and Alex, had a fantastic learning and classroom experience with those two teachers. I couldn't recommend Nipa and Alex more highly. After leaving, I've had several parents reach out to me sharing similar frustrations about Ninna and how the school is run. Including one family who was kicked out without notice....there's a theme. If you're seriously considering enrolling here, I'd encourage you to call at 5 different times during open hours just to see how often the phone is answered...Ninna's not there, she's not engaged, and she'll pretend that the failing school status is because of others. Get a grip Ninna. You're in charge. Act like it.

Any little concern, they were on it and responsive. My kids were not used to being apart so Mrs. Rita made efforts to allow my two babies to play and meet each other during the day. This daycare is special and I hope and pray it only gets better for them.

My daughter has been attending this facility since she was 2 years old. The ladies here are awesome…read moreand love to give the kids extra attention and love when they need it. My daughter started in the 2yr old class and then went to the 3yr old class. She learned so much in a short period of time. She was counting and knew her colors right before my eyes and it was amazing to see how much she learned everyday. She is still 3yrs old until the end of January but she has been bumped up to the 4yr old class because she is more advanced than other 3yr olds. There is a good amount of group learning and one-on-one learning time that the teachers provide to all the children. In almost 2 years, I have never witnessed an issue with parents nor teachers nor the location. They open at 630am and close at 6pm so you cant beat the hours, the price of $500/month, nor the love they give these children. They have also added new equipment to the playground and the children look forward to outside time. You have to provide your own lunch but if you happen to forget it, they will feed your little ones. They also provide snacks in the morning and in the afternoon. This is really the best place in town!
