The teachers and the director were super nice and great during enrollment and the entire time my son was there. They made our start and abrupt stop very easing and we're very understanding and accommodating to our needs. It was the first time my son (4) had been in anything cause, you know, Covid. He was terrified of everything and having the camera to let me check in eased my mind a lot. His teachers helped calm him each morning and let him sit and do puzzles as his classmates trickled in. I do agree with a previous commenter that there aren't a lot of obvious Covid protocols in place. The kids did not wear masks, though my son does everywhere else, and they only washed hands and tables right before eating. They sit and sleep right next to each other and share just about everything. My biggest regret was that there was little to no free time or open center time for the kids. Everything was very structured from the product-art that his teacher obviously did or corrected to three/4 circle times and lots of table activities. He went outside once during his time there. Even if it's hot, kids need at least 15 mins outside a day to just move. Our plan was to send him there for socialization but he barely had time to do that. They provided food and snack but did not let me know if he ate anything or not. When I questioned him, he couldn't give me an answer either. They have a letter they send home but it's a generic one that has nothing to do with a specific lesson or activity or your child for that day. It was the same one for the whole week and pointless. Works for older kids, perhaps, but I sent more detailed ones when I worked in Early Education and even as a fourth grade teacher. Overall, it wasn't what I was expecting but it wasn't bad. We pulled my son out cause he got sick a week and a half in. It was a regular cold from new, preschool germs, but with Covid on the rise again, we just pulled him for at home care.

I have also seen a remarkable difference in his demeanor. In the previous school, he was always sad when I picked him up, never spoke, and seemed only to know the items we taught him at home. In Best Montessori, Mrs. Sadia, keeps me abreast each time that I pick him up. My son engages with her so well, and is always smiling. Daily he speaks about his teacher Ms. Naima, and the work they do. And when she was absent I was amazed that he mentioned it. He is lively, interactive and talkative as he always is as home with us. And his learning of material has expanded tremendously. We are blessed to have Mrs. Sadia and Ms. Naima in our child's life. There is nothing like a great foundation of discipline and education for success in life.

The teachers are so clean, respectful, always a smile on their face, they don't take home life to work. Upbeat, and want the best for all the kids and most of all nurturing to every child. My son comes home so smart and they send so many pictures and videos! Calls me when any sign of sickness or issue. They even re-fix the kids hair after nap which I think shows how much they truely care. No teacher has to do that. You will love Ms. Yessi and Ms. Hart they make a great team! That's so important in teaching and childcare! Being around 2 years olds is very stressful (as anyone going this far to read this knows) but they handle it with grace and confidence. They can handle ANYTHING! My son even holds his arms out for her when i drop him off, (it took awhile) but that shows a lot! I took my son to tour and she offered to let him come try it out... he spent 45 minutes in the class while I worked on paperwork - when we left he couldn't stop asking when he was going back. Today was our first full day and when I dropped my son off the teacher could see both of our anxiety and leaned down and asked for the secret handshake they had practiced a couple days before ... he did it and walked towards the other kids and started playing. Sure enough, Miss Jean and Miss Aixa have been successful in helping my son become potty trained. Additionally I am so happy to see that the curriculum is well implemented. Childcare academies we have been to before also had curriculums but little evidence of implementation. Wednesday's are music days and my son loves Mr. D, who comes to sing along nursery rhymes with the children and introduce them to music. Cleanliness and sanitation is a high priority for me and I am so happy to say that the school and the classrooms always look presentable. My LO has started taking a lot of interest in scientific experiments as well thanks to their recent science fair and the regular scientific experiments performed in classrooms with the children. I never thought my 3 year old would be interested in knowing magnets work, but his curiosity has now sparked, thanks to the Goddard Westridge Creek team.As a working mom I live for the updates on the Tadpoles app. The teachers are considerate enough to send ample pictures and videos throughout the day so the parents can get snippets into what their little ones are up to. At pick up and drop off the teachers are always available to speak to the parents and address any concerns. Overall, I am very happy with this school and yes there is a reason they call it a school and not a daycare. Kudos to Miss Banatwalla, the director and Miss Shibani and Mr Ashish Gupta, the owners for running this organization so smoothly!
