My daughter has been going to TLE since September of 2019- pre COVID. She was in the infant room as she was not even a year old yet. As any new parent, I was nervous, worried, and anxious leaving my newborn daughter with strangers. Initially prior to starting, my husband and I had a walk through with her teacher(s) and that put us to ease. Our daughter quickly settled into her new routine. Ms. Dawn was so amazing with our daughter in the infant room- giving undivided attention to our sweet girl and always planning fun activities with the children. Ms. Dawn is one of a kind and a true gem. Now our daughter is in the twaddler room and has developed notable milestones in her development. She is 2 years old and counts 1-20, sings her ABCs, counts 1-5 in Spanish, recognizes and identifies numbers/letters, and sings songs from her circle time. I have to acknowledge Miss Lulu and Miss Xeyzol for their continued positive influence with my daughter's learning. The school has a good curriculum from what I have seen in my daughter and has structure. I knew she enjoyed school after crying at the end of the day to go home (most recently during her Valentine's Day party) because she is having SO much fun at school! I feel comfortable knowing that my daughter is learning, having fun, and taken well care of. As we continue to live in COVID times- the school has taken great measure to enforce the safety of staff and children alike. I can't thank TLE enough for what they do every day. read more

Our daughter started at TLE at 4.5 months old in the middle of the coronavirus outbreak. Ms. Sapna and her staff truly took the time to make us feel comfortable and were so reassuring that our daughter would transition just fine. Our daughter is now 6.5 months and she absolutely loves school and enjoys when we drop her off each morning! Her teacher Ms. Dawn is so kind and takes such good care of the children in her class! The Mother's Day gift she helped our daughter make brought me to tears! Ms. Aysha, Ms. Sapna, Ms. Dawn, Ms. Arianna, "Grandpa" and all of the teachers at TLE are truly wonderful and it gives me such peace of mind to know that our daughter is in such good hands! I absolutely love TLE East Windsor. My children have been at this center for over 3 years now. With all the love and attention, the teachers show towards their growth and well-being, they are very eager to go to school (and sometimes wish the school was open during the weekends). My younger one opened up from his shy-reserved style into a great communicator. We love TLE! My son has been at the center since he was four months old and as a first time Mom, I was nervous to leave him but the teachers reassured me as I saw how they interacted and played with him! My son loves going to school each morning and I love coming to the classroom and seeing all his little friends and the smiles on their faces too! The teachers are very friendly and personable and you can see how much the kids love them! It's heartwarming to drop off and pick up your child each day and see them give their teacher a big smile or hug and know they are in great hands. As a teacher, both the curriculum and teaching styles are important to me and TLE has developed their own with monthly themes along with extra curricular items such as yoga and dancing feet! The children are taught in an encouraging and positive environment which I personally feel is the best way for a child to learn. As students move through the rooms, the curriculum becomes more academically sound and the students are at a kindergarten level and ready for elementary school for when the time comes! Ms. Sapna, Ms. Sarah and the TLE staff treat my son as their own. As a teacher, I love that I can take the summer off to spend with my son and can return in September. It is with great respect that I get to write this review about both The Learning Experience , East Windsor overall and specifically Ms. Sapna Ghalot , the center's Director. During this pandemic, the health and wellness of our children are at the forefront. The choice to put your child in daycare seems like an easy one. Avoid at all costs. But what if I I were to tell you that this woman cares about your child just as much as you do? I know that seems obtuse , but when you get personalized attention , phone calls at home just to make sure things are okay (truly because you've become family), and you know this women's eyes are on every child that walks through the door, somehow something changes. This women who you've never met before has suddenly become more like an Aunt or Grandmother (although she doesn't have the age). However, Ms. Sapna truly possess something different. She hires professionals who have the same ideals as she. It has been nothing short of an absolute pleasure to have my son enrolled in TLE East Windsor. Love the staff here. I've known this place for the last 10 years now. My older son went here and my younger one is here too. Some of the teachers I know have been here forever and that shows how good and happy they are with the management here. At the end of the day what a parent wants is peace of mind to know their kids are in good hands and not having to worry about them. This school has been paramount in my sons early education. Unfortunately, my son started his education later than i wanted and his first year was at this school. He has thrived, socially and educationally. He was given tremendous guidance and support by all of the teaching staff, not just his personal teachers. I often have to stop while I am leaving so he can go and hug all the staff he can find. He is comfortable and excited to go to school each day, and is now enrolled in the summer camp until public school next year. If you're looking for a private school that genuinely cares and seeks to help your child advance I couldn't recommend this school, or the wonderful staff here more. read more

My daugther attended TLE-East windsor for two years after attending other franchise-based day cares in the area. I am very impressed by her growth, both in basic education (reading/writing/craft) and in social/interpersonal skills. When I would pick her up, even after a long day there, she does not want to go home; she would rather play with other kids and interact with the staff. Recently, a friend of mine texted me and asked if my daughter had a good experience while she was attending the East Windsor Learning Experience on route 33 next to Golds Gym. I wanted to be fair and not too bias so, I went and read recent reviews about the center prior to giving my friend a call. It was interesting to read all the reviews on the Learning Experience website, and to see that the individuals who wrote the reviews were mostly employees or former owner of the learning experience. Take Mrs. Barbara R. for example, she was the co-owner and former director of the East Windsor Learning Experience facility. And Ms. Jasmine is currently employed by the Learning Experience. And now I am writing this review as a mother of a child who was a former student of the center. From my past experience, the Learning Experience had very high rate of employment turn over. This was problematic for me, since children need see familiar faces for them to feel secure and less anxious. It seemed to me that their management could not and was not able to keep a steady and devoted staff. In addition many of staff were not certified educators nor well trained. I had had interviewed two of their former employees as potential baby sisters as I fingered out that they both live near by my neighborhood. During the interviews I asked them about how they came to work for East Windsor Learning Experience, both ladies provided very similar answers. They saw an ad, they made a call to the center, then scheduled an appointment to met with the owner. They brought their resumes and were able to obtain a job within the 20-30 minutes interview, there was not a lot of requirements other than the willingness to work. As I have mentioned, my daughter attended the East Windsor Learning Experience before and it was for a duration of 5 months. It was the worse 5 months I could remember. My daughter's teacher was Ms. Rashna, a superficial teacher who kept mentioning that she had a degree in child development and psychology from India, yet she had no idea how to teach and was incapable of providing genuine care for the children in the class. I was not the only parent who had concerns, but to my surprise no one else bought up the issues to the Learning Experience's owner. By second month, I had my daughter transferred to another classroom. She had Ms Yasmin has teacher and Ms Yasmin was sweet and caring, unfortunately she moved on to another job few weeks after my daughter transferred to her classroom. Ms. Yasmin mentioned to me on her last day that she needed a full time position with benefits and the Learning Experience could not provide her a full time schedule and full benefit package. That was unfortunate. She was a great care giver and teacher to my daughter. So I continue to keep my daughter at the Learning Experience for couple more months and at fifth month I finally fingered out why my daughter did not want to leave the car in the morning to go into class. She was scared and she was constantly meeting different faces, there was not stability in the classroom environment. Plus she was not challenged enough. My daughter is now 8 years old and as happy as she can be. But I would not recommend parents to send their children to the East Windsor Learning Experience. But if you planning to send your children to the Learning Experience, please do some research, talk to parents who have children attending the school currently. read more

I am a mother of three. I arrived to East Windsor at the end of August 2015 from Paris where we had been living for 8 years. I am an English woman married to a French man. My job in Paris was to teach business English for both advanced and beginner professional adults. My children speak French fluently and had a moderate level of English. Upon arriving to East Windsor, I wanted an establishment that would serve my three sons needs in English. They are aged 21 months old, 5 years old and 7 years old. My eldest child is in second grade and attends state school. For my other two children, I discovered The Learning Experience (TLE) at East Windsor on the internet. I setup an interview with them to ascertain more about how they worked and what their goals were. I absolutely needed to understand their pedagogy method, their performance up to now, their goals and their values and aims. I was impressed with the tour and what they had to say. After speaking to various parents outside randomly, I decided to enlist my children there. 8.30am to 4.30pm. Hours can vary. Please understand my 5 year son had a limited command of English before coming here (moreover British English) but since he started at the Kindergarten class in Sept 2015 he has improved his English level greatly. He understands the basics of English i.e. vocabulary, grammar, mathematics, reading and writing (all of which is work in progress). 5 months of the year is dedicated to the 1st grade curriculum. I am amazed by what he understands even though I know he finds it hard at times; he still preserves. I see this when homework is done each day. My eldest hasn't learnt certain things that my five year is learning! His teacher is Ms Lihping Lam. She is vigorous and lively spirited but extremely kind and is highly dedicated to her class. She invests an enormous amount of time to the kids in order to get the best out of them. She has a huge amount of patience especially with my son whose first language is not English; therefore a slightly slower learner in his class. She also has an open communication policy with the parents. So I am able to discuss and keep up with my son's progress even outside scheduled conferences. She truly is professional and considerate. The same attitude is applied to my 22 months old boy who is in the hands of professionals i.e. (Miss Jasmine, Ms Dawn, Ms Judy, Miss Barbara and Miss Brittany) who teach him life skills, how to interact with others and how to behave. They also insist on teaching him sign language which I think is great. They sing songs, do artwork activities and teach them about politest and good manners. An evaluation is handed to me at the end of each day so that I know what his activity consisted of and how I can add on to them. I am very happy with the credentials and qualifications of the employees who work with my children. Ms Dhiraj Bansal (the current owner) is competent, consistent, caring and focused on the learning needs of the children. She goes beyond what is required of her to fulfil the needs of the parents and the children. I haven't encountered any bad situations and I don't imagine I will. I don't know what TLE East Windsor was like before Ms Bansal arrived and I don't care to know but I do know that the current methods used there is working extremely well. Thanks to her and her highly competent team. She understands what is expected from an establishment and delivers. My children are benefiting from it, hugely. I highly recommend this centre to any parent who are looking for an establishment that puts their children education first. Congratulations to The Learning Experience; you have met my children's needs in every way and you have all equally made such an effort to welcome us. The new owners are very nice and extremely helpful. The center is well maintained and the staff are very nice and caring. My daughter has so much fun every day she goes. She is learning so much and she can't wait to come home and tell us about her day and what she has learned. I am happy to recommend the center for any working parents. read more
