It turns out my worries were completely unfounded, as the entire staff at Camp College immediately put my mind at ease. Nurse Amira managed my child's Allergy Action Plan like a pro, and the staff in turn took careful safety precautions to ensure that there were no accidental exposures. Anthony, Christine, and Stacie were wonderful about making accommodations so that my son could participate alongside his neurotypical peers, and he even had a special "buddy counselor" who he absolutely loved! Both Science and Arts camps were exciting and engaging, with new projects and experiments being returned home daily. Camp College is truly a family, where each child is respected, included, and cherished. I cannot recommend this organization enough!

Staff and management are amazing. Our two children particpated in specialty camp and were shy and hesitant. Day 2 - they ran off with pure joy and excitment! It's a great place to take kids, and admission is free! The museum has exhibits, hands-on interactive displays, a cool night theater show, and a children's discovery/play room. You could also observe many beautiful and exotic bird species fly to and fro around the bird feeders out back through a large window. Upstairs are classrooms and a small library area. There are many hiking trails, including the Sensory Trail, a child-friendly 0.3 mile loop with special sensory exploratory features such as talking kiosks, musical play, and garden structures. There is also a playground and picnic areas in the vicinity. In addition, if you care to explore other parts of this 2,000+ acre reservation, drive or hike to nearby Watchung Stable to see the horses and riders; and for sure visit the Deserted Village of Feltville, a can't-miss area of Watchung with historic buildings dating back to the 18th century, and is a cool stroll.

Everything was interactive and modern with just enough text and things to immerse myself in to keep my attention. I especially loved that there are live animals I can see including otters! Some of the fish seemed a bit crammed in their tanks. :/ And I was excited to see the live animal reveal...but it was a cold day and this happened on the upstairs pavillion outside so, being a California guy who had checked my coat in the free coat check lockers, it was too cold for me to stick with it. There were all kinds of heaters out there that weren't on which would have made a big difference to me (or anyone who gets cold easily) had they turned those on. I was there with a group of ten with adults and kids ranging from 4-16. Everyone had a good time and had plenty to do and interact with.

My oldest has been enrolled in KA of UF for over 7 years. Starting fulltime at 12 weeks old and since moving to their before/after care. Newell Elementary School provides bussing to and from the center which makes it convenient to have one place to drop off and pick up both kids. My youngest has been in for over 3 years and was fulltime through the pandemic since I was an essential worker and required to be in the office. The policies they implemented, intense cleaning regiment, and open communication they provided throughout made me feel comforted that he would be safe and healthy during the pandemic. KA has always treated my family like family. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with smiles and pleasant hellos which are only echoed by the teachers when dropping your kids off in their classrooms. You can tell the teachers truly care for your children and their well-being. The hallways are covered with artwork and pictures of fun activities that change throughout the year. The classrooms have even more artwork revolving around a theme for the season. The education program is great, with the school year having weekly themes that have a logical flow for the children to follow. Besides the administrative staff, Naylon (the owner) is there (almost) everyday and her door is always open to listen to your compliments, concerns, or issues. The entire staff is always very open and honest about issues, potential closures, or illnesses. There is always important information provided through the Tadpole app to keep you informed. Including fun events that they put on periodically throughout the year like trunk or treat, muffins with mom, donuts with dad, magic shows, and more. Always hoping yoga with goats will come back. As an added bonus, KA of UF also has cameras which is always a nice comfort. I enjoy peeking in on my youngest periodically to see what kind of chaos he is causing.

I have 2 children that both look forward to going to school every day and sometimes don't want to leave when I came to pick them up! They take field trips once a week and have fun and exciting things for the kids to participate in every day. If you're looking for a daycare or preschool look no further. There is no where else I would rather send my kids.
