As any new parent, I was nervous, worried, and anxious leaving my newborn daughter with strangers. Initially prior to starting, my husband and I had a walk through with her teacher(s) and that put us to ease. Our daughter quickly settled into her new routine. Ms. Dawn was so amazing with our daughter in the infant room- giving undivided attention to our sweet girl and always planning fun activities with the children. Ms. Dawn is one of a kind and a true gem. Now our daughter is in the twaddler room and has developed notable milestones in her development. She is 2 years old and counts 1-20, sings her ABCs, counts 1-5 in Spanish, recognizes and identifies numbers/letters, and sings songs from her circle time. I have to acknowledge Miss Lulu and Miss Xeyzol for their continued positive influence with my daughter's learning. The school has a good curriculum from what I have seen in my daughter and has structure. I knew she enjoyed school after crying at the end of the day to go home (most recently during her Valentine's Day party) because she is having SO much fun at school! I feel comfortable knowing that my daughter is learning, having fun, and taken well care of. As we continue to live in COVID times- the school has taken great measure to enforce the safety of staff and children alike. I can't thank TLE enough for what they do every day.

Our daughter is now 6.5 months and she absolutely loves school and enjoys when we drop her off each morning! Her teacher Ms. Dawn is so kind and takes such good care of the children in her class! The Mother's Day gift she helped our daughter make brought me to tears! Ms. Aysha, Ms. Sapna, Ms. Dawn, Ms. Arianna, "Grandpa" and all of the teachers at TLE are truly wonderful and it gives me such peace of mind to know that our daughter is in such good hands! I would highly recommend this school hands down

After a month and a half, we are still convinced that we had made the right decision. The curriculum for toddlers is great and the teachers provide the personal care that children need. We are amazed to see how Ms. Geetha cares for each and every child. We have our peace of mind knowing that our daughter is in good hands. TLE West Windsor is doing their best in this crisis situation. They strictly follow all the CDC guidelines and try to make it a safe place for everyone. I highly recommend TLE West Windsor to anyone who lives nearby and is looking for a preschool for their kids!

I was looking for this center of the learning exp for my toddlers as it had good reviews and was on…read moremy way to my work. We visited the center and were impressed by it for sure as it was neat , clean , big , digital screen, main street usa and all. But unfortunately the most important part of the whole experience - the toddler classroom teacher/caretaker was not so good. We first met her when she came to Directors office while we were there for our tour appointment and she was staring at our kids weirdly [ so much and so long ] that even the director Ms. Geetha had to ask her why is she staring like that. We ignored at that point , and then I scheduled a play date before I get my kids enrolled. During our tour [ we had taken our kids for it] we went to the toddler classroom. kids were still getting up from their nap. but I saw almost no interaction from her with them and there was another helper Bhoomi who was doing it all. during our play date, just before we enter the classroom with kids we saw she just picked up the box full of blocks [ I suspect that she got notified that we are coming to room] and just emptied it on floor [without even bending down]. Again there was just no conversation with any of the kids there what so ever.. not even come lets play, lets build blocks etc.. kids started playing on their own. then while we were there another parent came to pick up her kid and again there was no hello or any conversation initiated by her until the parent ask her about how did her child do today. and I was surprised to see her response on the question.. she just said that the toddler still takes off her shoe [nothing about what did she do through out the day] and that's it. on top of it, we still thought that let the kids play for some time and we waited outside to see how good they are feeling with the place. then we waited in the Directors office , where within 5 mins we heard and saw them crying on the tv installed in directors office. we still waited for another few mins before rushing to classroom, as we thought that teacher will make some attempt to calm the kids and literally there was hardly any and she immediately called us to come and get them. and she said that they were playing well [ which we were seeing the tv from office], an one put something in mouth, where she asked to take that out, and the kid started crying. then we just came out and in spite of all great things about the center we decided not to opt for the same atleast till my toddler goes to next class or at least the teacher is changed. We went to some other classrooms where elder kids were there and we found them and teacher enjoying and learning on the digital screen. I would definitely vote for this center apart from toddler class.

The problems at this school began when the previous head of school, Mr. James, left. Since Mr. James left we have experienced the following: 1. The School LOST our child - On one occasion, our child left her classroom and the school did not know where she was. To make it worse, they never informed us about the incident and had to learn about it from another parent whose child left the classroom with my child. I was told by other parents that this was not a singular event. After the incident, the school (after refusing my request to fire the teacher) agreed to never assign that teacher to supervise my child ever again. This agreement lasted for several months until the school started assigning that teacher to watch my child again. Additionally, when I confronted the head of school about the event, he informed me that he did not tell me about the event because I was pregnant and he did not want to "upset" me. 2. TIME OUTS - My child kept complaining that a particular teacher would separate her from other kids and put her in time outs. The time outs would occur on a chair that was away from other kids. 3. TELLING/MAKING MY DAUGHTER FEEL THAT SHE IS A BAD GIRL - My child told me that a particular teacher tells her that she is a "bad girl". 4. TICKS - The playground is full of ticks. After finding two giant ticks on my child, I informed the school of the problem. They did not respond to my email or treat the playground for ticks. Since then, I have learned that other children have also come home with lots of ticks. 5. DEPOSIT - When I informed the school that I was leaving, the school told me that they would be returning my entire deposit. I believe they did this due to my experience and to deter me from speaking out against them. Well...low and behold, I never received the deposit and when I confronted the school several months after I left, I was told that they never said that they would be returning my money despite me having the emails to prove it. The school's (almost) saving grace are Ms. Puja, Ms. Savi, and Ms. Varshini, who are caring teachers. Unfortunately, the administration's incompetence and carelessness is too much to overcome. If you are interested in a Montessori education, I have heard good things about the Guidepost Lawrenceville location. Just please for your mental health and your children's safety DO NOT enroll them in the Princeton Meadows school.

Not only did the Guidepost Montessori staff accommodate for the needs of the child but they were also very welcoming. It is not always easy having a guest come into your classroom. The toddler classroom is a beautiful learning environment for all of the children in their. I have seen many toddler classrooms that are chaotic. The children here are independent, regulated, nurtured, and challenged and these are toddlers! The teachers do a wonderful job and it is so nice to see.

If this place treats their long term staff, essential to their school like this, I question how they will treat your children. Are they just a number in an account book or are they valued as they should be. Parents look how a school treats their staff. That is the value they place on your child And yes Bonnie and Bhavesh you know to whom I am refering. Ed M
