We've had them at commercial places like Kindercare, smaller non-profits, a Reggio inspired school, and now here at Loudoun Montessori School. The two lead teachers / owners are great. They are knowledgeable, caring, and patient. The staff are really the star attraction at Loudoun Montessori School. Ms. Aida and Ms. Renu are stellar! If anything, choose a school implementing a true Montessori education with AMS accredited teachers, who have many years of experience teaching Montessori (not just "Montessori based"). Montessori is not just learning through "play"; it is about observation (someone showing / teaching you with one-on-one lessons) and learning by mastering it yourself (trial and error, critical thinking). Wish we knew this before! We compared many Montessori schools in Ashburn, and it was fortunate that we found Loudoun Montessori School! Our daughter went from being sick every other week at her previous daycare to only missing a handful of days due to sickness each year. Now at age 5, she knows how to sing multiple songs, count to 20, and say her colors - all in Spanish! Academically, she is light-years ahead of our other children at age 5. She can read and write in complete sentences, loves to rhyme, does 4 digit addition, and knows little tidbits about the 50 states. She looks forward to school and leaves happy even on her off days. What a difference a school makes! Loudoun Montessori School is clean, has bright, open spaces, and provides a true Montessori education with reasonable rates.

My toddler daily engages in different creative activities that are both educational and fun. This allows him to learn and develop, all while being perfectly cared for by so many loving people under one roof. The Director Sanam attends to every single detail, ensuring that the children are taken care of on all levels, and that the academy is operating at its absolute best! The Academy owner Madhu knows each and every child's name and genuinely cares about them and greets them on the way in and out of the Academy. The teachers are loving and compassionate, the administrators are all friendly and extremely helpful, especially Alana and Hannah. My toddler thinks of Kiddie Academy of Moorefield Station as his "first home" that's how much care he's getting there! And I think of everyone working there as my family. Everyone working there would go the extra mile to provide the children and their families with all and any support needed! They also make every occasion and holiday even more special, sparing no effort or expense, and even inviting parents to join the fun :)

Through a pandemic, through potty training, challenging behavior years and more. My daughters were beyond prepared for their kindergarten year both socially and academically and scored well above benchmarks. We return every year for summer camp without any consideration as the teachers have become incredibly important staples in my daughters lives. We recommend Golden Meadow to anyone who expresses challenges with their present childcare provider as well as new families who are nervous about enrolling somewhere for the first time.

My daughter loved her, got very attached to her and learned so much in that classroom. When she turned two in May she transferred to the 2-s classroom and we never thought there could be another teacher as good as Ms. Yaneth but low and behold we got Ms. Miki who is equally as amazing. SUPER sweet, and every time I pick up my daughter she doesn't even want to come home! And Ms. Miki gives me such a good report on her day and keeps me aware of issues we have discussed (not daycare related, things like how I want her to eat more but not certain things, etc.). These teachers become like family and I have not seen a SINGLE teacher leave, they have zero to low turnover. And the Director, Ms. Amy is so wonderful to work with. She always says hi and I feel so comfortable going to her with any concerns. What sold me on this particular center though, was when I enrolled my daughter my biggest concern was her transition since she had been at home with a nanny for 16 months and most daycare Directors would brush off that fear and say "oh don't worry she'll adjust." But Amy came up with a week long transition plan to have me in the classroom with her a few hours a day and extending my daughters time in the classroom without me day by day. It was such a great transition. For about one month she would cry at dropoff (and stop crying by the time I had walked out of the building) and ever since then when I drop her off I have to chase her to hug me and give me a kiss goodbye! If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a THING. Love my KinderCare family.

The photos and updates they send us make our day without our boy worth it.  Knowing that he's painting, climbing, working with puzzles, eating well, and making friends under their loving care makes it possible for us to juggle our work and home life. The advice on how we can also support his development with care recommendations, sleep ideas, and recipe suggestions is also much appreciated since having a baby is still so new to us.  Our boy is doing so well and it's thanks to warm guidance and prepared environment here at Guidepost. EXTREME CAUTION: They will take your money and disappear…read more I am writing this to warn any parent considering Guidepost Montessori: Do not trust them with your deposit. My son stopped attending this school in November. Since then, Guidepost has been sitting on a full month's tuition deposit with absolutely no intention of returning it. For four months, I have been met with nothing but "manual processing" excuses, "60-90 day" delay tactics, and empty apologies from the regional leadership team and the campus leadership team. Despite providing regional leadership with clear deadlines and rejecting their vague explanations, they have completely ghosted me. My deadline passed with zero follow-up and zero transfer. It is now clear that their "apologies" are a scripted stall tactic. Whether this is due to the company's widely reported financial instability or sheer administrative incompetence, the result is the same: They are withholding thousands of dollars from a family while providing zero service. If you value your hard-earned money and want to avoid months of stressful, fruitless hovering over an unresponsive billing department, stay far away. A school that lacks the integrity to return a simple deposit cannot be trusted with the care and education of your child. Guidepost Leadership: Give me my money back.
