I would recommend The Learning Experience to any parent/guardian looking for childcare or preschool. Our oldest started in the toddler classroom and is now in the preschool 2 classroom and our youngest started with the infants at only 3 months old and is now with the toddlers. They have the most caring, patient, and experienced teachers and directors. These are people you can tell are born to work with children. They separate the classrooms in the perfect intervals that will benefit your child's learning and development the most. They have fun curriculum themes that aide in learning such as "community helpers" "ocean" and "traveling" with characters that help the kids learn like flexi the flamingo, lionstein the lion, two plus two toucan, grace and charity and use books and videos of the characters for the kids! The teachers will give you lengthy reports of how your child's doing during pick up/drop off and even give you tips and tricks to help encourage continued learning at home. They offer fun activities like Family projects, trunk or treat, summer bash, ornament making, grandparents day activities, and more! They send photos and updates on sleep, lunch time, snack time, playtime etc. throughout the day and it makes me feel like I'm still involved. My experience with TLE Addison has been very good. IMO these are the important things when it comes to daycares: cleanliness, responsive directors/owner, a strong curriculum, my child's desire to return (after separation anxiety has worn off), and some firm, loving teachers. TLE Addison has all of this. The directors are responsive and reliable (Kendra and Debbie); the owner is communicative and patient with parents; my child is engaged and articulate, and affectionate with his teachers who do a solid job of helping him develop manners. I've used their methods successfully at home. Rules and regulations re cleanliness and hygiene are diligently followed by TLE Addison. Folks running the place actually care about the kids so they deliver everyday, What I think is pretty cute is that most kids know the directors, like "Hi Ms. Kendra, Hi Ms. Debbie" - that has to be because they have walked through the rooms and they have interacted with them in a positive way. Parents worry about the choices they make for their kids and of course I hoped that sending my son to TLE Addison was the right choice. His developmental growth and safety is largely in the hands of his teachers at TLE Addison, and I am happy to say that this place has worked out well and is one less thing I worry about. read more

My son attends Preschool here and he has attended two other preschools in the past. For me, TLE sets itself apart in the following ways: 1) Personal attention: The owner and directors are vested in the school. They have their own children here and they always ready to listen to feedback and execute on improvements. 2) The curriculum: It is well defined, well rounded and granular. There are three levels of Preschool curricula and this particular location actually has four preschool rooms open. My son has greatly improved his verbal, math and social skills in the past few months plus he brings home plenty of projects and worksheets to review. I have a couple of friends with children in younger rooms and they have had a very positive experience as well. I would highly recommend this preschool to everyone! read more

The Learning Experience in Addison has been the most positive childcare experience my husband and I have ever experienced. Ms Debbie the Assistant Director was the first to welcome us into their bright, colorful, and heart-warming lobby. It was obvious from the very first tour that this was a home to wonderful directors, caring teachers, and happy kids. Ms Kendra and Ms Debbie take interest in each and every family that enters their building and keep children's safety as their number one priority. No matter which classroom your child is in, every teacher knows their name, their personality, and their family. After looking into visiting too many schools, my husband and I walked into the learning experience of Addison we knew this was the school we wanted to be apart of. Ms. Larraine toured us and was so sweet. She answered all the question that we had. we met Mr. JJ who also took the time to go over additional information. The classrooms look so colorful and full of life! The teachers looked so happy and took the time to talk even chat with is about the day our child would have at the center. We love Learning Experience in Addison! My son starts 3 years ago in the infant room and my daughter also started in infant room. We love the teachers and overall program. I feel they truly take the time to know my children. They send pictures through their app on what my child did that day, what they are learning. They do creative community fundraisers for Make A Wish. They also have good longevity with their teachers which indicates to me that the teachers like where they are working. My daughter started here after attending another daycare and has been happier since! She started in the toddler room and has been moving up and learning so well! We love everyone who works there and have had great communication from staff and the directors! Debbie and Kendra are great at helping with any concerns or questions and explain it in the best way possible. We switched from an in-home daycare to The Learning Experience - Addison and it has been a fantastic change for us! Our boys are almost 3 years old and 16 months and they have grown so much during their time here.
