    Quarter sized patty

Went to lunch with my coworker and she was expecting a burger like before that was a proper sized patty and instead we were given this. Only reason we have it a 3 star is because the fries were so fresh.

I had a chicken burrito bowl. Chicken was nicely seasoned and freshly cooked. The service was friendly and quick at lunchtime.

They only serve beer, wine, and mead, but hard liquor folks do not worry... mead is essentially the hard liquor of the beer world, but tastes way better and at 20%, you'll drink way less! Their taps offer local beers and an array of imports from all over the world. I also learned that they are one of two bars in the entire Fresno/Clovis area that actually serves Guinness on tap! During my visit, the bartender suggested a something unique; a mixture of two different beers. I cannot remember their names for the life of me, but one was a peanut butter scout mixed with a purple-ish beer from house of Pendragon. All that to say, it tasted like a peanut butter and jelly and was delicious! Gracie, my bartender, was super friendly and very informed all the beers and wines they serve here. Who doesn't love a friendly and info field bartender?! If you haven't been here in a long time or are looking for a new place where you can belly up to the bar, the Bog House pub is it, cheers!

The staff is amazing, and you can truly feel how much they care about their customers. I had the chance to meet the owner and hear about some of the fun events they have planned, which made the experience even better. The hospitality really stands out here. Already looking forward to going back for karaoke night!

From the first phone call to the moment we arrived, the staff treated our students like they were their own. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. On one occasion, Mad Duck even catered meals to our dorms, and the food tasted just as fresh and delicious as if we were sitting in the restaurant. A huge thank you to the entire Mad Duck team for always taking such great care of our students. Great food, great people, and great service. Keep up the amazing work!

The steak bites were really good. It comes with a creamy chimichurri sauce and a Sriracha sauce that is pretty spicy. This is something I would get again. For the meal, I ordered the Sweet Heat Chicken Sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. The sandwich was good. The apricot jalapeño jam added sweetness without being overpowering or disrupting. However, there was no heat. I went with the sweet potato fries for the side because a lot of the reviews spoke favorably of them. They were good, as sweet potato fries tend to be, but no different from any other place. The curry aoli it came with was tasty and it would be worth ordering just to try.

I was looking at the menu and noticed they offer half orders and full portions. Honestly, when I looked at the prices, there was only about a $2 difference, so we decided to get the full portion because you get a lot more food for just a little extra. We sat at the bar and had a drink while we waited for our food. The bartender was super friendly and made it a fun place to be! Our food also came out pretty quickly, which was a plus. Both the calamari and chicken nachos were really good! The chicken nachos were probably my favorite. The chicken had a lot of flavor, and I liked that they came with salsa as well. Everything was really tasty and made for the perfect appetizers while having drinks. Honestly, Livingstones is one of those places we like to stop by when we're in the Tower District, even if we're just there to have a drink and hang out. A lot of people have told us that we need to come back and try their dinner menu. I haven't had dinner here yet, but I've heard nothing but good things about their food, and after trying their calamari and chicken nachos, I can see why people recommend it. Overall, this is a great place to get drinks, hang out with friends, or enjoy some appetizers. If you don't want to sit at the bar area, they also have a separate area where you can sit down and enjoy a nice dinner with friends or even go on a date. Livingstones is definitely a fun spot in the Tower District, and I'll continue coming back!

They have about 8 year-round beers and about as many seasonals not listed on the menu. In all, they provided a good diversity of beer on tap and I enjoyed each that I tasted (and the group of 15 that I was with also found all they tried to be quite good). I think I liked the Hazy Pale Ale best of all. On the food side, their smoked BBQ meats were delicious (I had the flatbread and St. Louis ribs on different nights) and really enjoyed both. As for service, both nights the staff was friendly, helpful, and service was great. Some previous reviews on Sessions were not all that glowing, and anyone can have a bad experience anywhere, but as a craft beer lover visiting from the US, I found Sessions to be a pleasant oasis in an otherwise craft beer Canadian desert.

Value for dough is terrible, but hey...ski hill, so I shouldn't whine. Natchos were at best meh. But for goodness sakes, don't order the Lasagna. Imagine a cast iron pan, half full with a white chowder base (more flour than cream), then throw in a few lasagna noodles, some Mexican ground beef and top with a thick layer of cheese. It is impossible to imagine how this dish ever came to be...but worse that it could survive the scrutiny of getting onto any menu anywhere. It might be the first time in ten years, that I had to ask the waitress what in fact she had put in front of me. Luckily they serve it w fries....perfect! The skiing made up for it, and i'm not sick, except of the idea of ever seeing that atrocious concoction ever again. Get rid of whoever allowed this dish to see the light of day!
