The server mentioned it would be more creamy and saucy and we were ok with that. For us it was WAAAY to salty. Not sure what happened there. Could have been the prosciutto as mentioned by the chef, but unsure. They were gracious enough to take it off the bill. We'll be back for sure. But went here a few times a couple years back and every time I've been here, I've always been impressed with the food and their service. The salmon was great. As good as it looks. I've actually preferred other dishes I've had here previously. But this salmon is excellent. Will be back. Hopefully sooner than later.
