Everything new new and a few of the washers are so huge one could fit a small in car in them. Those huge washers have matching dryers. They have a good variety of washing machine sizes. Super clean. I was very happy. Don't put your soap in top dispensers though as when you have a 4, 8, or 12 load washer, that's a lot a lot of soap and it doesn't always get rinsed down the chute properly. Just throw the soap in the actual washer. Much better. And the phone app is super easy. It tells you how much time each washer has left. It is good for keeping track of your loads. And if you are drying you can add more time remotely.

The woman who is behind the counter is lovely. She took my comforter, which is way too big for my washer and dryer, king size, and it was $25. They also have there and they have Wi-Fi. Dryers are free when you wash which is a nice thing and they're not ridiculously priced either. They have plenty of tables for folding and hanging racks to hang your clothes lots of chairs and they have an outside playground area for the kids. There are friendly and helpful people on staff available during their operating hours unlike some nearby services. The change machine is always working. I bring my own soap, and I think I've only used the soap dispenser once in 3 years. I live alone, so I don't need huge machines that others have complained about missing. I agree with the complaint about the TV. I would just as soon have it turned off altogether. All in all, I miss having a washer and dryer at home, but if you need a laundromat, I don't think I could find any better.

Most times they get it done right for a decent price, although, recently, it appears that the prices went up. Still, cheaper than Reno so I will stay with them. I like heavy starch and always order it that way, but they arent very generous with the starch. One time I have a white shirt with a dirty neck and asked them to pay extra attention to the neck. The shirt came back still dirty. I complained to the owner. She tried to charge me for re-doing the shirt. I resisted, I said "no, I'm not paying more, you didnt get it clean the first time." She backed down and rewashed the shirt gratis.

I definitely appreciate the different size washers and load capacity because it's already spends as it is to have to wash your clothes at a laundry mat. I like the selections and it was fair on my wallet. Anyways I got my monies worth and I've continued to come here because they are open later than most laundry places and open nice and early at 6:30.
