There are friendly and helpful people on staff available during their operating hours unlike some nearby services. The change machine is always working. I bring my own soap, and I think I've only used the soap dispenser once in 3 years. I live alone, so I don't need huge machines that others have complained about missing. I agree with the complaint about the TV. I would just as soon have it turned off altogether. All in all, I miss having a washer and dryer at home, but if you need a laundromat, I don't think I could find any better.
