I went around 2:45 and there was only one other person but when I was leaving around four, there was about four people walking in. Zero star if possible. I went to do the laundry at night on 1/3/2026. This male worker obviously hates his job. He sighed every time he walked in the hall. He spent most of his time smoking outside. I wouldn't recommend this laundry facility as it is very small so if you have a lot of laundry to do, this is not it. The washers showed longer time, but finished early as well as the dryers did not dry none of my clothes those big dryers do not work they don't stay close so that would not work for anybody have a big family. Came here today April 5th 2023, I got a new house and still have not gotten my washer and dryer delivered, I decided to look up laundry mats in the area and found this one. They have several washers and dryers to choose from, I'm old school and use the standard white too loads it's $3.50 each load to wash on those and to dry it's $1.00 per 4 minutes, and it has a high heat option. This place is clean and very well kept They have a gentleman there if you need help or if you would like to purchase snacks or soap, the chips are a $1 and so are the drinks. Only 2x 6kg, 2x 9kg and one 14.5kg washing machines available and a seperate pet machine. Plenty of dryers but because one of the 9kg machine was broken, already a 25minutes wait to wash. First time we come across such a wait whilst travelling when time is already scarce on a choir day. Would recommend another laundry with more (working) machines first. Good experience. Our washer went out and we were able to come here and be in and out in 2 hr. Clean but gets packed quickly.

Our washer broke so I found the closest laundromat until the repair person comes. This place is DISGUSTING. It smells like sewage, the walls and doors are absolutely filthy and they don't clean their washers. They have 6 top load washers for $3.25 and tons of front loaders for $5.00 per load. The front loaders need to be cleaned like yesterday (the rubber seal that is known for getting gross and stinky). They have snacks and soap available for purchase but I didn't even check the pricing. They have a counter for you to fold your laundry on. They have a coin machine there to get quarters as the machines don't accept bills at all. I did my laundry, I had no choice, and luckily my clothes came out clean and didn't stink (front loaders are known for making your clothes smell sour if they aren't maintained and cleaned regularly). In a pinch and if you're desperate, I say go do your laundry here. It's fine for what it is, I've never seen an amazingly clean and boujee laundromat but just know that it's dirty. read more

So the coin machine only gave me $4.75 for the 5 dollar bill that I deposited. The front load machines all have some kind of moldy dirt build up all around the door on every single machine. The door flaps covering where the liquid detergents, etc. are poured have a disgusting build-up of calcium/rust and/or dirt that hasn't been cleaned in years. The machine are overpriced and the staff is extremely rude. The lady that runs the place took my clothes out of the large most expensive machine and put my wet clothes in a cart so she could get someone else to use it. I had a timer on my phone so I know both of my machines would end around the same time. She blamed it on the customer and then the customer blamed it on the staff. AWFUL! This laundromat used to be clean and well priced, now it's a rat trap. Despite recently repainting, it looks like an 8 y/o did the work. The ONE sink in the place is falling apart. The faucet is rotted out. The restroom was out of order for at least five days. No hot water for the last week. Often the quarter machine is empty. Attendants are "meh." A couple of the ladies are nice, but the Hispanic guy spends all of his time chatting in Spanish with one woman -- very inattentive to the facility itself. The place also has mice . Very rude encounter with the white haired lady name Ann. (I wonder if that her real name). I approached her to tell her that the money exchange machine ripped my twenty dollar bill. All I wanted her to do was to exchange for quarters. Her response " you must have ripped it yourself"! Wow.! After stepping back for a minute. I went to the truck to get a fresh 20 and when I came back in she begin to question how I put the 20 into the money exchanger. REALLY! There was a disagreement between her employee/son and a gentleman who came in with his dog. Looking at the other pictures on pictures for The Laundry Lounge, it is obvious that this place has grossly gone down hill. As soon as you walk in the door, you are on the "laundry" side of two large rooms. A few machines were out of order. l overheard the attendant say that it had been for over three weeks now. The are snacks available for sale. A microwave for making popcorn. A reach in refrigerator is close by for beverages. Place is crowded so it must be doing something right. Walk over to the "lounge" side of the two large rooms and prepare to be underwhelmed. Two pool tables with covers on top. Both of these tables are pushed against a wall. There is dust on the covers of the pool tables, that is so deep I was able to write the word "YELP" on one of the tables. There is a couch so people can watch a wide screen television. Christy is amazing! She deserves way more than 5 stars. She goes a above and beyond to keep the place spotlessly clean and does an incredible job with the wash and fold service. We only go when she is there, as otherwise the male employees sit behind the counter, or outside talking on the phone and seem annoyed when you ask them anything. We have literally gone there 3 times and left because she wasn't there and the place was filthy. If all the employees were as wonderful as Christy then this place would be amazing. read more

I dropped off 7 sets of twin sheet sets to have them washed. When I picked them up and got them back home the quality of the fitted sheets were worse than my 11 year folds. I paid $36 where if i would have done it myself it would have only cost me $10-13. I thought I would try their service out and save myself time. These sheets are for my massage business and now I have to redo all 7 sets to make sure they are done properly for my clients in the morning. I've tried calling twice since I left and no answer.
