At first, I didn't want to go to a laundromat but my washing machine broke so I came here. It was very clean and convenient. I went around 2:45 and there was only one other person but when I was leaving around four, there was about four people walking in. The layers there are very nice and have everything you need if you don't have it. I enjoyed washing my clothes here and will be back read more

Terrible customer service overall. And they have no change, most of the machines arent even working. read more

Zero star if possible. I went to do the laundry at night on 1/3/2026. This male worker obviously hates his job. He sighed every time he walked in the hall. He spent most of his time smoking outside. A lot of washers & dryers were broken. Costs 25 cents per 4 minutes only. The place was dirty. I will never go back there again. read more

Came here today April 5th 2023, I got a new house and still have not gotten my washer and dryer delivered, I decided to look up laundry mats in the area and found this one. They have several washers and dryers to choose from, I'm old school and use the standard white too loads it's $3.50 each load to wash on those and to dry it's $1.00 per 4 minutes, and it has a high heat option. This place is clean and very well kept They have a gentleman there if you need help or if you would like to purchase snacks or soap, the chips are a $1 and so are the drinks. This place is nice and quiet and clean I will be back if I ever need to use a laundry mat again! read more

This place was a bit scary at night and the fact that they don't take cards is BS. There was no where to sit and the machines were dirty. I would never go back here unless it was an emergency. read more

I wouldn't recommend this laundry facility as it is very small so if you have a lot of laundry to do, this is not it. The washers showed longer time, but finished early as well as the dryers did not dry none of my clothes those big dryers do not work they don't stay close so that would not work for anybody have a big family. Highly recommend not to go if you complain about something and they act like they can't help customer service poor. read more

Would never go there again. 25cent for 2 mins in the dryer. The lady at the counter is rude. It's too many rules just to wash clothes. You test to see if your clothes are dry before the time is up. You have to wait 15 mins to start the dryer back up again. I'll go across town to wash before I come to this s hole again. read more

This place rocks! The owners are so helpful and the place is clean. Some back up foods if you get hungry. Had an emergency, found this on my way to another location. Inside the Plaza, next to " Vegas Smiles" . Seriously chk them out read more

Only 2x 6kg, 2x 9kg and one 14.5kg washing machines available and a seperate pet machine. Plenty of dryers but because one of the 9kg machine was broken, already a 25minutes wait to wash. First time we come across such a wait whilst travelling when time is already scarce on a choir day. Would recommend another laundry with more (working) machines first. This laundry clearly is aimed at people having there own machine coming in to dry their laundry as a primary source of income. Detergent included and also wave to pay. read more

Good experience. Our washer went out and we were able to come here and be in and out in 2 hr. Clean but gets packed quickly.

Our washer broke so I found the closest laundromat until the repair person comes. This place is DISGUSTING. It smells like sewage, the walls and doors are absolutely filthy and they don't clean their washers. They have 6 top load washers for $3.25 and tons of front loaders for $5.00 per load. The front loaders need to be cleaned like yesterday (the rubber seal that is known for getting gross and stinky). They have snacks and soap available for purchase but I didn't even check the pricing. They have a counter for you to fold your laundry on. They have a coin machine there to get quarters as the machines don't accept bills at all. I did my laundry, I had no choice, and luckily my clothes came out clean and didn't stink (front loaders are known for making your clothes smell sour if they aren't maintained and cleaned regularly). In a pinch and if you're desperate, I say go do your laundry here. It's fine for what it is, I've never seen an amazingly clean and boujee laundromat but just know that it's dirty. read more

I don't like to write bad reviews but I do like to save people money & time. These XL machines simply don't work well @ all. I have 3 dogs and hair gets on everything. My own washer works great but I had tons of laundry and just wanted it done in 1 felled swoop. Bottom line is all of their machinery is warn out & in need of repairs. Sorry guys... read more

Would not recommended, place is falling apart, roof is cracking. machines are overpriced. Owner is aggressive towards customers. Also threatened to call the cops over a little spill outside which had nothing to do with her business. read more

They have the shortest wash time an top dollar at that The dryers will rob you blind an to boot if you use their laundry cart they keep your drivers lic these people are vetted to have your info Worst laundry mat on the planet I'd rather go out of my area than ti ever go there again plus rude beyond belief they should be shut down read more

So the coin machine only gave me $4.75 for the 5 dollar bill that I deposited. The front load machines all have some kind of moldy dirt build up all around the door on every single machine. The door flaps covering where the liquid detergents, etc. are poured have a disgusting build-up of calcium/rust and/or dirt that hasn't been cleaned in years. But if you love FOX "News" I'm sure this laundromat will find a special place in your heart. read more

It's been about 3 years since I have been here and today, I remembered why. Equipment not bad, not overly high priced, but the help, another story. They must have a prerequisite for surly personalities before they hire you. I asked a simple question this morning, big mistake. Basic customer service, such as politely answering a question doesn't exist here. read more

AWFUL! This laundromat used to be clean and well priced, now it's a rat trap. Despite recently repainting, it looks like an 8 y/o did the work. The ONE sink in the place is falling apart. The faucet is rotted out. The restroom was out of order for at least five days. No hot water for the last week. Often the quarter machine is empty. Attendants are "meh." A couple of the ladies are nice, but the Hispanic guy spends all of his time chatting in Spanish with one woman -- very inattentive to the facility itself. The place also has mice . The machine prices were recently raised -- WAY TOO MUCH for the dive that this place is. Such a shame, it used to be well kept. read more

First time using this place to wash my king size bed comforter. Open 24 /7 family owned business. 24 hour attendant. Coin operated machines, change machine , wash and fold service also available. Attendant was friendly and helpful. The place was very busy on a Sunday morning. No seating . But they have a few folding chairs. Soap is available for purchase if needed. Please note : they do not have a phone so if you try to call the number listed it will just ring and ring . read more

Very rude encounter with the white haired lady name Ann. (I wonder if that her real name). I approached her to tell her that the money exchange machine ripped my twenty dollar bill. All I wanted her to do was to exchange for quarters. Her response " you must have ripped it yourself"! Wow.! After stepping back for a minute. I went to the truck to get a fresh 20 and when I came back in she begin to question how I put the 20 into the money exchanger. REALLY! (After I replied back -calm but educated) she told me I could go down the street and finish my laundry. Not to mention her unprofessional voice modulation. I work with patients all day long and they are always right no matter what and always deserve a professional soft response. NOPE NOT GOING ANYWHERE! read more

Really made me laugh! (See pic) Hmmm! I brought my clothes in, washed them, dried them, folded them, I took my clothes home. And you deserve a tip why? Lady just sitting behind the counter. Young kid doing all the work? Felt like maybe a grandson. Dirty laundry mat. Haven't been to one in probably 20 years. Maybe they are all just this dirty. Place needed swept and counters wiped down! Washers and dryers are very fast. Liked that! read more

The machine are overpriced and the staff is extremely rude. The lady that runs the place took my clothes out of the large most expensive machine and put my wet clothes in a cart so she could get someone else to use it. I had a timer on my phone so I know both of my machines would end around the same time. She blamed it on the customer and then the customer blamed it on the staff. She said it was fine because she wore gloves. That was not ok! read more

So last night, well early early this morning, I grabbed a heap of laundry and headed here, oh and I was CD'd as well. OK so this guy comes walking from somewhere and it turns out the guy is the attendant. He's trying to help me every way he can and that was cool as shit and he didn't care that I was a guy being a gal...lol. So his name is James, told him I'd give him a shout out....here it is!! The place was immaculate, cost me 6 buckaroos to do what seemed like 30lbs of laundry!! James is a very valuable asset to this establishment!!! read more

Looking at the other pictures on pictures for The Laundry Lounge, it is obvious that this place has grossly gone down hill. As soon as you walk in the door, you are on the "laundry" side of two large rooms. A few machines were out of order. l overheard the attendant say that it had been for over three weeks now. The are snacks available for sale. A microwave for making popcorn. A reach in refrigerator is close by for beverages. Place is crowded so it must be doing something right. Walk over to the "lounge" side of the two large rooms and prepare to be underwhelmed. Two pool tables with covers on top. Both of these tables are pushed against a wall. There is dust on the covers of the pool tables, that is so deep I was able to write the word "YELP" on one of the tables. There is a couch so people can watch a wide screen television. A couch is there, but it is in such bad shape, it just needs to be replaced. It seems that the Laundry Lounge should just stick to doing the laundry, read more

It was extremely overpriced for the quality of the machines. Also, The owner of this establishment displayed the most unprofessional behavior. There was a disagreement between her employee/son and a gentleman who came in with his dog. The man said it was a service dog, and not a single customer complained about the dog, but the kid made a huge scene and said he was calling the police. He called his Mom/The Owner and she came up and proceeded to scream quite aggressively at the the man that "this was her business" and she "knew the law" all while several other young women tried to defend the man by matching her energy. Aweful. Employees never here or want to help. Place is nasty and dirty. Im standing here for 20 mins at the counter and the employee apparently went home and just abandoned the place. Open 24 hours so that is convenient. The lounge area consists of a pool table, some televisions, (not sure if they work), outlets, (allowing you to plug in your devices), a couch and a couple of tables and chairs. The front loaders range in price from $2.50 per load to $5.50 per load. The top loaders are $2.00 per load. There are signs up that state "please stay with your laundry, unattended laundry will be discarded after 5 minutes." Facility is clean. It is a laundromat so I expect to wash and dry my clothes and leave. If I am ever in town again for an extended period of time I would come back to this location. I only deducted a star for the $5.50 price per load cost. Seems a little pricey. read more

I dropped off 7 sets of twin sheet sets to have them washed. When I picked them up and got them back home the quality of the fitted sheets were worse than my 11 year folds. I paid $36 where if i would have done it myself it would have only cost me $10-13. I thought I would try their service out and save myself time. These sheets are for my massage business and now I have to redo all 7 sets to make sure they are done properly for my clients in the morning. I've tried calling twice since I left and no answer. I am very disappointed in the quality. I wouldn't have minded paying the price if it would have been done right. read more

Christy is amazing! She deserves way more than 5 stars. She goes a above and beyond to keep the place spotlessly clean and does an incredible job with the wash and fold service. We only go when she is there, as otherwise the male employees sit behind the counter, or outside talking on the phone and seem annoyed when you ask them anything. We have literally gone there 3 times and left because she wasn't there and the place was filthy. If all the employees were as wonderful as Christy then this place would be amazing. read more

I have had the worst experience here ! The older white lady who works here is so vile! I had an expensive furry comforter and she yelled in front of everyone " You can't wash dog beds here!" She pointed at a crusty sign about breaking bills. They have put it where it's visible now.She was asking if things were mine from the other side of the store! ZERO STARS. First time here in about 12 years. Everyone is right about the attitude but mine was from a young man too relaxed behind the counter (no mask on). No seats and a lil warm.
