I was in need of a dry cleaners closed to my house, and what luck! A New Family run business opened up closed to my house and on the way to work, so I decided to give it a shot- and to support a local business. Long Story Short: I will return!! Very nice family who runs the business, they were kind and quick with turn around. This little Laundry Service boasts membership packages to have your laundry washed, dried and folded or hung-plus delivered to you, or you can pick up. I have not used this service yet, but I did ask for dry cleaning. A pair of slacks and a dress was $10, extremely reasonable in my opinion. Everything came out nicely. For the laundry service- They charge depending on weight of laundry, and right now they have a limited promotion for unlimited laundry for $30 per month. For dry cleaning, I didn't see a list of prices, but as I said, I thought the prices were reasonable. I was given the option when I dropped off to pay then or to pay when I picked up. When I paid at pick up, they were able to use a card reader to run my debit card, after some brief technology issues. I would have used cash, but I only had a $20, and they didn't have change. I'm hoping this is just some new business glitches. Hoping to see this little business do well! Also- they offer a 10% discount to Fresno State Students with Student ID card! I dropped my suit off 3/9 for cleaning! When covid shut down happened! I called the lady she said she would mail my suit to me in San Jose, ca! I drove back to pick up my clothes in Fresno! 6/7 and no answer! The lady does not return calls and buisness says closed! I can't get in touch with these people. Horrible $800 suit they are holding. I dropped off my clothes on 3/11 of 2020. COVID happens so everything shuts down, which I completely understand. But I didn't hear any updates or anything, but I figured it was due to the pandemic so I didn't want to irritate anyone. Then when the city starts to allow business to open up again, I reached out just to see if there were any updates. Between June of 2020 to today I have periodically text and/or called and left messages regarding my items, I have tried to go to the store itself, but absolutely nothing and no response. I'm just so upset I put all of my eggs in one basket and gave them all of my work shirts and some nice clothes, now I'm out the cost for that. Considering next steps just so I can be reimbursed financially so I can get new clothes, although nothing'll make up for the loss of some of the items I handed over that were personally meaningful. read more

I felt with the previous owner he was kind, he returned calls and my clothes were picked up and dropped off in a timely manner. The new owner Kelli, is rude, she kept my laundry for two weeks plus 4 additional days after reaching her, I called several times to retrieve my belongings and when I did several items were stolen along with my Grey wicker hamper that I sent my clothes in and when I finally got a hold of her she gave me a sad story about a pregnancy and a death in her family. She then kept my clothes an additional 4 days and then had a man all doped up knock on my door @ 11pm to drop my stuff off, she didn't even have the decency to apologize for the poor customer service. This service was a life saver for a working mom of 4! It's so affordable at only $40 and eliminates so much stress! I left 5 baskets of clothes and they all came back clean, separated, folded and smelled AMAZING! I joined the same day and did the monthly membership & have no regrets! I've done business with this laundry service since it was under the ownership of Junior. He was a respectful man and got the laundry done in a good amount of time. New owners are dirty, rude, unorganized, unprofessional and never reply to inquiries about my clothes while it's under their care. Some of my families clothes has came up missing and when asked why our clothes takes so long we get no response or a bad attitude. Not to mention we've gotten other people's clothes. I have used this service and I cannot say how disappointed I am in Her service. She returned my items with bad odor. I have a bag of missing clothes and when I contacted her, Kelly denied knowingly she had no clue and denied it, and didn't bother to do anything. No apology. No "ill take a look" or ill check with my staff. Who does business like this? Person who is has no business being in business. Don't waste you're money. Kelly even went on to say she is new and she has no idea how to run her business.
