I dont recommend using this dry cleaners. I dropped off a white down comforter. I returned to pick up the comforter, paid $38 and when I got home I noticed they gAbe me back someone elses comforter. I called and the empliyye i sone to regarding meds up told me to return the comforter , which I did. The employee asked me to return when the owner was in. I left with without refund and they are stilling I'm procession of my comforter. Special note...the comforter they did give me back by error had not even been cleaned it had food particles within the folds when I took out if the bag. . Clearly the item had not been cleaned yet was packaged as if it had bee. Cleaved, I returned the following day to speak to the owner and he agreed the comforter was not mine after looking at my photo and seeing the comforter he had given me at pick up was still dirty. I had a photo of my comforter with me of which I did show him. After looking thru the items in his cleaners pick up area, he asked if he could sell me Back because He needed to speak to his wife. The Owner had never called me bago. I have called the dry cleaners eight more times and also text message an employee who is well aware of te issue I am having getting my comforter back. This employee did ask me at some point to send her a copy of the photo (of my comforter) which I'd shown to her during one of my visits yet I still have not been contacted back from dry cleaners despite all my efforts to resolve this matter.. I don't know what else i can do. They ignore my calls, kept my money ,and still have in their profession my comforter. I'm sending a certified letter regarding all my communication efforts today, After that , I'm clueless-what to do. My advice.., Do not use Chatuae cleaners on north cedar . My family and I had to stop using this dry cleaners. They don't wash/dry clean the clothes at all. They literally just press the clothes and return your clothes to you with stains. It's absolutely a terrible way to do business, We started using a dry cleaners next to Huckleberries and way better quality! read more

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this service was dreadful. I dropped off a comforter and was told to come back in a week. I did, and they couldn't locate the comforter. They finally found it shoved in a drier. I was told to come back the next day and that the comforter would be ready. I came back in 4 days. Comforter wasn't ready. It was balled up on a table, and presumably had been sitting out for 4 days, collecting dust and germs. The person at the front was sick (coughing and sucking back phlegm; no mask). She told me they just had to fold up the comforter and it would be ready. So they folded it up, germs and dust and all, about a week late, and then charged me full price ($30). I didn't ask for a discount and none was offered. I'm now going to take the comforter to be cleaned at another place because this one is dirty and covered in contagions. Essentially, I paid $30 to send my comforter to sleep-away camp for 2 weeks, and now it's coming home sick. I will not be going back. I've worked in dry cleaning and this is unacceptable. read more

I would not recommend was dry cleaners destroyed my husbands pants lost his dress shirt gave it to somebody else. And then for months she was short staffed "Lynn" never clean my clothes just press them for months. Everything kept coming back with stains. Had my comforter dry cleaned here. Came out beautifully, and they packaged it nicely. The price was the best I found after shopping around a bit in the area. I dropped it off Wednesday, and it was ready Saturday, so if you need something done quickly, it may be an issue for you. Otherwise, will continue to come here for my dry cleaning needs. read more

First time using this location and my last time. Here is the problem. I was told that the price for shirts was $2.35 per shirt and $5 for a pair of slacks. I asked for starch on three dress shirts. Therefore when I picked up the items I was expecting to pay about $33. My bill was $43.55. They charged $5.60 EACH for three dress shirts. And they starched the wrong three shirts. I used to bring my clothes to crown cleaners until they dropped the ball and showed me that customer service wasn't something they choose to pride themselves in. My wife and I luckily found Chateau Cleaners on a whim one day when we were having frozen yogurt and we've been beyond happy with their level of service. The owners are the nicest, sweetest people. They always ask how your day is going and in the most genuine way. Another thing I appreciate is their next day service before 5pm. I work in pharma sales and with the heat in Fresno, I am always needing my clothes laundered. They also do great alteration work. I ripped my pants at work one day and they took care of it in no time! I recommend Chateau to everyone I know and meet because I respect their level of customer service that much. Only to move here and find Chateau Cleaners. From day one it was as if I was their longest and best customer. I have visited this location 3 times and I have gotten poor service each time. The first time, I dropped a few shirts for 1 day service and I told them I needed the shirts back by 3pm next day and they guaranteed me it would be ready. When I went in the next day a time 4pm, the shirts were not ready and I had to come back in an hour to pick them up. They didn't offer to comp the cost of the cleaning for that and kept giving me excuses why it happened instead. I should have learned my lesson and not gone back but I didn't want to judge them on one visit. The second time I came back, I dropped off a few pants and shirts and the ironing work was sloppy and rushed. The fold on the pants were messed up and now it has two folds (attached pic). Also, I noted three of the shirts had a stain that needed more attention and they assured me they could get it out. When I got it back, it didn't seem different and I had to point it out and have them do it again and it was fine once they redid it. Third time, I dropped off a few shirts, the collars all came back poorly pressed and wrinkled. In summary, they do not check their work and they have poor customer service. read more

Shrank my new sweater and won't take responsibility! I'm extremely disappointed with the service at Chateau dry cleaners. Shortly after picking up my dry cleaning I noticed that one of the sweaters I brought in was fuzzy and about 3" shorter than when I brought it in. I immediately called and was very rudely told that that wasn't possible with their cleaning system... after insisting that it was possible because I was holding a now very small sweater, she told me that the only thing I could do would be to talk to the owner. However, the owner is not there often and was only in on a day I couldn't come in. I then talked to a young woman I had dealt with before who was much more polite, and though unable to get any contact information for the owner, she got my email so that the owner could contact me. In a panic, I called dozens of dry cleaners begging for someone to do a spot cleaning in time for the wedding the next morning. worst job of pressing ever. Took a new shirt, a suit and a tux in to be cleaned and pressed. I took them to another place in town after I got them home, I would not wear them in this condition. They looked better before I took them in. The padded shoulders on the suit coat were puffy, loosing the lines of the jacket, no crease in the shirt sleeves, tails of the shirts were curled like they come out of the machine.
