Rachael and Sarah are the dream team - incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic and genuine. I opted for in-home visits so it was incredibly convenient to welcome them to my home and know that they had me and my sons' best interests at heart. It was always great having the option to text for quick questions or do a video call if needed. Also, I love how they would send me a recap of our visit so I could reference at any time (because those first few weeks are a fog). Katie was also a dream - I honestly have no idea how I would've survived postpartum without her. Thanks to an employer benefit, I was able to have her services for 3 night shifts and 3 day shifts and she was instrumental to helping us juggle newborn life with a toddler at home. Katie went above and beyond to check-in with me before my baby was born as my last few weeks were a roller coaster. She made the space for us when he was born 3 weeks early, providing me with the emotional and physical support I needed after my c-section. My toddler son looked forward to her visits every time - she was incredibly sweet and took the time to bake with him, read with him and make sure I was able to spend 1:1 time with my newborn. Our family would be lost without her!

We were uneasy with that response, so I happened to find Dr Pransky through word of mouth when I was calling around trying to find someone that wasn't employed by Radys. Dr Pransky spent an hour with us, gathering all medical history and really explaining to us how everything worked and what was needed and why. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. It came to be that the surgery was needed, but we felt a lot more confident with our decision after spending time with Dr Pransky and also learning about all of his experience. I did a lot of research as well, reading his reviews beforehand and I even asked the other doctors we work with about him-they all said he was fantastic and that we were in good hands. He has a very fun office set up for the kids, and my daughter was completely comfortable with him and actually didn't want to leave. We scheduled the surgery but of course I was still nervous the day of, my daughter is 2 and so little, barely over 20 lbs. I have never had a child have surgery before. Dr Pransky was great, the actual procedure was probably 10 min and everything went so well. I thought he was exaggerating when he said she would be up and playing and eating the minute she got home. 30 min after we took her home, she was already back to her normal self, playing with my other daughter. I wrote this two weeks out to ensure she didn't have any complications. She is doing so well, sleeping through the night, no more runny nose and not breathing out of her mouth. I am so thankful for Dr Pransky and doing what is best for my child and making it such a good experience. I absolutely recommend him, he has so much experience and knowledge and will do what's best for your child.

We were anxious to write this review the second day post-surgery, but we purposefully waited until today to post this in the event something unexpected were to occur. Her recovery was frankly remarkable. Surgery was performed at 7:30AM and by late-afternoon, she was running around and playing like her normal self. We had to manage her food intake because if it were up to her, she would have had chicken nuggets for dinner. Witnessing this first-hand after all the anxiety build-up was a major relief. Dr. Pranksy was recommended by several medical professionals due our daughter's massive tonsils. My wife and I are extremely cautious parents and any potential medical attention for our family comes with hours of diligence. The man is truly a first-class physician and running a private practice clearly provides him with the autonomy to perform surgeries in a manner that is best for the patient and not per a larger group's policies/ requirements. We are extremely thankful for his attentiveness, care, and execution. I can imagine these tonsillectomies can become very routine for surgeons and their respective offices, but Dr. Pranksy, his assistant- Sabrina, and staff- Nour made us very welcome and personal.

I was dealing with blood blisters, a poor latch, doubts and fears about supply, and a baby that was temporarily not gaining enough weight. As a first-time mom, it was extremely stressful, and there were many tears. However, Juliana's visits always left me feeling more informed, reassured, and capable. We also did a weighted feed during every visit, which confirmed that my baby was indeed getting enough to eat. I still remember the relief I felt when I learned that. Juliana is a big reason why I decided to stay the course with breastfeeding. (Thank goodness, because now I LOVE it.) My insurance covered the cost of the visits, so I just paid the $60 travel fee. I also attended her breastfeeding class with my husband before giving birth. This was super helpful, but I recommend taking the class within 1 month of your due date. We took it a bit too early in my pregnancy, and forgot a couple things by the time I gave birth. Overall, I would highly recommend booking a lactation consultation with Juliana if you're in need of support!

They showed us how we could achieve the dream goals we had for those first precious weeks while also honoring our modest budget. Not knowing what to expect, as this was our first child, we did understand that having someone with us would change everything. We were quickly linked with a few doula interviews and fell in love with one of them. Our schedules aligned and boy did it ever change our lives. I can't imagine not having our doula there for those critical nights of transitioning into parenthood, while making space for healing and recovery. We both slept more than we ever thought possible, while our son was cared for better than we could have imagined, AND we learned so much to build a foundation of comfort and confidence moving forward. No family member or friend would have been able to step in the same way. If you have nothing else on your registry other than a fund for this...do just that. It will change your whole early parenting experience for the better. Thank you to One Moon Doula and their network of Angels.

Due to the pandemic, many newborn and breastfeeding classes were not available and being new parents without family near, we knew we needed help. She was incredibly knowledgable and taught me the basics of breastfeeding and our sons cues. Breastfeeding was more complicated than I realized, and the knowledge she shared may not have been available in a classroom setting as every baby and momma is different. In addition she worked with us a during the day and helped me while in those critical first few weeks of the 4th trimester. She shared knowledge on baby basics (which nipple to use for bottles and how to clean them properly, tools my husband could use for soothing a baby, best lighting for night time feedings, etc.). She stayed very busy while with us and helped with baby-related chores, such as laundry, and encouraged us to relax while she watched over our son. Beth gave us the confidence we needed to care for our son and is a master at swaddling and soothing babies! She even sang him lullabies in Portuegese - which was incredibly adorable!

She gave us specific exercises to work on and helped us go slow and rebuild positive associations.
