Rachel Mangano was amazing! I just got done having a full set of lash extentions put onto my lashes. I had to lay there with my eyes closed for two hours which was a little bit of a struggle for me cuz I'm always moving. But Rachel was such a sweetheart and talked to me well she did my lashes. It's a tiny room in the building that everything gets done in. Its literally a tiny room wit two laying tables in it for them to work on u. It's a small space but SOOO worth it! Rachel is the bomb.com when it comes to lashes. I go there regularly and she takes the time to make your lashes amazing. I came to her after getting my lashes done somewhere else. While I was fairly happy with the last place, I didn't realize that the technician put on lashes that were way too heavy for me and my lashes were breaking and getting damaged!! Rachel was wonderful and honest with what she could do to salvage what I had left. Now, it's been a few months and my lashes are healthy! I highly recommend this place. Just finished another amazing lash appointment with Rachel! I've been a client for quite some time and I can't rave about her services enough. Rachel does an superb job working with my lashes, which are naturally very fine, short and straight. Shes very gentle and super friendly. If only I could leave more then 5 stars I would. I have been faithfully coming to the Lash Studio for over a year now getting my stubby lashes transformed into long lushious works of art. Rachel is a master of her craft. A true artisan. In my quest to find the best, I encountered several hacks and have had my share of nightmare lashes. Imagine my delight when I found the best!! I had a eyelash fill appointment for a classic, Ashley couldn't tell weather it was a classic or a volume I told her I wasn't sure because my friend did them but she should have known when removing most of them. I should have been told that my right eye was too sensitive to add extensions after laying there for 1.5 hrs. My eyelashes look worse and now I have no eyelashes on both ends of my right eye. Bad bive, not friendly, awful job. Will never go back! read more

I just got my first srt of hybrid lashes and they look great! Best of all they are soft and I can't even tell that they are there. It was a bit of a long process to get them on and I was getting antsy towards the end, but it was definitely worth it. Very happy with my purchase. read more

My lash gal moved out of the area so I tried the lash studio for a classic fill. The girl couldn't get my bottom lashes to stay down with the pads so she used tape which hurt when she pulled it off 40 minutes later. The lashes fell out within 2 days. I didn't get them wet and took care of them and they still fell out. read more

I had my nails done last Wednesday by Kayleigh. My 1st nail became loose within a few hours and I contacted the tech with no response. It popped off Thursday. I immediately advised the tech with no response again so I made an appointment through her booking site. The appointment was set for 10:30 and she attempted to push it back to 11 as she had to go to the beauty store. I advised that I was on a tight schedule and I needed to keep the appointment. She reluctantly agreed. After fixing the first nail on Friday my second nail became loose within hours on Friday. By Friday 5:30 I had 3 more nails pop off I made another appointment to have them fixed and her soonest available appointment was Tuesday so that is what i scheduled for. By Saturday all but 4 of my nails had popped off. Sunday the original nail she fixed came off again. Please mind you all nails had come off whole and a couple I didn't even noticed came off. Kayleigh called to try and reschedule the 3rd appointment and I advised her of the situation again. This was Monday morning and I only had 3 nails at this point. Within 5 days I've lost all but 3 nails and one was loose. I went ahead and rescheduled to an appointment that better suit her for Wednesday. I then received a text stating that she will fix my nails for half the price. So I already paid $47 plus a $5 tip and 5 nails had come off in 2 days. And now I had to pay another $25. She said in multiple text that it was her product and is still refusing to issue a refund. Before leaving a bad review I advised the lash studio and got a response from Rachel who attempted to mediate the situation but came back with the same response that they are sorry I was unhappy with the service but they do not issue refunds. At this point I feel like I was cheated out of my hard earned money I am a single mother of 4 children and this is the one thing I do for myself. I should not have to repay for a service that i already paid decent money for in the first place. The nails were beautiful and would have been money well spent had I been able to enjoy them instead of having to carry super glue to insure i didn't look ridiculous while out. I'm very disappointed and hope that they issue my refund as requested. read more

Almost a month ago I got my full set done here at the lash studio, it was a good price but shortly after almost all my lashes on my left eye fell out. I was walking around with one decent eye and only a few extensions left on my left eye. I went in for a fill thinking the glue just didn't take or something, tried a different glue and the same thing happened. I think the issue is the technique they use - afterwards they spray the lashes with a mist. I was always needing a fill by the end of the week! The customer service was amazing, but I just didn't get the bang for my buck here and that's why I'm updating with 2 stars. I hate leaving a review like this because both Rachel's were awesome!!! read more
