Everything about this place makes you aware that the Fleur and its staff give a damn about their product in every way. Excellent customer service, three terrific theatres with great screens and sound, clean restrooms, a fun and colorful lobby, incredible artwork, and superb popcorn! All of this makes for a good overall experience. It's a movie lover's venue. Get there early for their trailers highlighting local events, causes, and films, and get on their mailing list for upcoming highlights. Film pricing is cheaper than most, and vast indie film offerings exist. Shout-out to Mallory and Dev for their attention to detail and kindness. It made a huge difference and impacted us after a long, cold day.

My husband and I both had the chicken club sandwich. The bun was homemade. Everything was hot, the chicken, the bacon in it, the French fries. The service was good and the ordering process was easy. Ultimately I thought it was a little expensive because you pay for movie tickets in addition to your food order so we probably won't make it a regular thing.

Purchasing tickets online is easy enough and I can add the tickets to my Apple Wallet. A plus in this age of electronics. You can still purchase tickets old school at the counter when you arrive too. When you purchase your ticket (either at the counter or online) you select your seat. When you present your QR code at the counter you are given a paper ticket. Sometimes there is an attendant to take the paper ticket and sometimes check in is with the person who gave it to you... Inconsistent...yes. A problem...not really. You can pick from multiple experiences in high definition and audio. I'm cheap and just usually go for the standard format. Concessions are typical. This complex has the lounging recliners in all their theater choices. I enjoy these. The seats are wide so you're not cramped at all and they're pretty comfortable. The one downside that the theater has no control over... People. And people can suck sometimes... - If there are over 3/4 of the seats empty in a theater... Why do people have to pick a seat right next to an already occupied one? Especially when that person is not part of their party... When you pick your seat you can see which seats are already taken. - Why do some people feel the need to remove their shoes and socks in the theater...? That's just gross. smh - And chew with your mouth closed... I shouldn't be able to hear you crunching on your popcorn three rows away. I get it. You paid for your ticket to get in just like I did. You do you buttercup! I don't expect people to be in suits and dresses...but there is such a thing as being TOO comfortable. Well... That turned out to be a little longer than I had initially planned I guess. It is what it is. Lol

The staff here are always pleasant and helpful. No issues with quality of food or drink. But the prices are high this I advise the membership programs to help reduce. The seats are fairly comfortable unless you get one of the few that are very old and disheveled. (there's a few speckled around that need replaced). Bathrooms always tidy.

I spent my time at the bowling alley and arcade. They also have a private room that can be rented out for special events such as birthdays and corporate parties. The lanes were $30/lane (up to 6 bowlers for an hour), plus $5/per bowler for shoe rental. The lanes were very modern. They have electronic scoring and there are bowling assist tools available. As I mentioned they have a full bar. They also serve food. The menu is light, but would do if you were really hungry. I got a BLT with a side of broccoli. It was good, buit bowling alley food. I would not come here just for the food though. The staff there was very friendly and helpful.
