This is an outstanding family operated theater. I went with my friend to see an Elvis Show starring Steve Connely, an Elvis tribute artist who has been performing for 30 years. I was amazed how talented he is and what a great guitar player. The other backup guitar player was super talented! The theater was a bit small, like the old speakeasy of past years. The chairs were very comfortable, and the decorations were great. Our server was very nice and cracked lots of jokes. I had VIP seats, and the usher, who was also security, pointed to 2 chairs on stage and said those were our seats. Now that's funny! I've never experienced a show like this in my entire life. You felt like he was performing to each person in the audience. He talked to us and told things about Elvis and his movies, answered questions, and even took pictures with us. I had a smile on my face through the whole show! Loved it, loved it, loved it! I really didn't want the night to end. One of their next shows is Tina Turner, and I met the person performing it. I am very impressed with her and may return to Vegas to see it (I live in San Jose, CA area). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lamarre Theater, Las Vegas, NV.

This theatre is a small venue that has a number of productions. I went to see Steve Connolly as Elvis: Spirit of the King last night. The theatre is adjacent to the Abel Baker Brewing Company on the south side. Street parking is usually a block or more away. There is a city parking lot across the street from the theatre. There is some seating in the lobby if the house is not yet open when you arrive. The box office is a counter to the left when you enter. The lobby has a number of clothing items for sale and there is a painting by Steve Connolly with Martin Luther King, Jr., John Kennedy, and Elvis. You go down a hallway past the box office and then make a right into the theatre. There are two lines--VIP and regular. An employee will show you to your seats whether regular or VIP. I found the staff to be very friendly, aand I would come back again to see a show!

I took my uncle, aunt and 2 family friends to this show. Steve Conolly is a good Elvis impersonator and entertainer. He is very comical and interactive. He sat down and sat singing at a cut old woman who was from out of town. He was initially inperforming on the stage with his son. His son was also a good guitarist. Steve was playing the guitar. The show only lasted for one hour. I wish it was longer since we enjoyed the show. The changed his outfit once. Initially, he was wearing a tight fitting leather outfit then he changed to another Elvis outfit with the collar that is up and has tassels on his shirt. The theater is in the art district. It is an intimate small theater. The theater had a bar. Their drinks are about $13. You can purchase a VIP ticket that allows you a free photo with Steve after the show. The Lamarre theater has a couple different shows like Tina Turner and Black Magic Mike.

We just saw the Tina Turner Tribute show. It was amazing and Carolyn Scott did a fantastic job for portraying Tina. We had a great time! My only complaint was it wasn't long enough. We loved it so much. The Theater needs better signage. It is easy to miss.

I attended two shows at the Lamarre during my trip to Vegas: Tina Turner and Elvis. I enjoyed both. High energy and good performances. For a small privately-owned theater, it is quite impressive! I have been to many small theaters and this one - by far - outshines them all. The people at the front counter (when you first walk in) are friendly and informative. The lady who takes the drink orders for the people seated at tables is kind and efficient. Everyone is very professional. "Tina Turner" was GREAT and "Elvis" was entertaining. One thing that the producers of the shows should think about (This is not enough to reduce my star rating - just something to consider): The live guitar player (in both of the shows) had his volume too loud - especially for the Elvis show. When he played, it overpowered the singer. The guitar player is obviously an EXCELLENT musician (VERY impressive), but he is not the star. He should not be pulling focus from the person that people paid to see/hear. Yup, I am a professional musician - picky picky picky ;-) Overall: Service - 10 stars Cleanliness - 10 stars Atmosphere - 10 stars Price - 10 stars Performers: "TINA" 10 stars SUPER high-energy NICE COSTUMES GENTLE and kind with the audience GOOD JOB on the impersonation "ELVIS" 7 stars FUNNY NICE COSTUMES Talked too much (here's where he loses three stars). Although his jokes were funny, I actually attended the show to hear him sing - more. His act is more like an Elvis stand-up comedian who sings. If that sounds great to you, you can consider him 10 stars. I will definitely return next time I am in Vegas! Thank you, Lamarre Theater!

The theatre looks old, dingy and cheap but the staff is friendly. We saw Iconic Soul of Motown and Dru is a very talented singer with lots of energy. His one man show had him playing tribute to some of Motown greats with my favorite being Ray Charles.

Elvis... is still in the building! The Lamarre theater is easily accessible thru Main St. you cannot miss it! As you walk in they a cool little lounge area to hang out while your show starts... Me and my group got to see the tribute to Elvis with Steve Connolly and we really enjoyed it! This man was really into character, I appreciated that, as he was speaking the story of Elvis as if it was Elvis himself. No playback neither, him and his son were playing the guitars and Steve was singing straight from the heart and he did awesome! You gotta come check out the show! A good ole Vegas tradition... Only thing I would change is for the show to be a bit longer, I felt It went on too fast.

What a Magical Experience! Such a Beautiful Energy and Creative Flow to this Amazing, Quaint & Mystical Venue. What a BLiSSiNG for Las Vegas! The show was off-the-charts STELLAR, filled with Epic Musical Talent, Light-Radiating Energy, Lots of Charm, Fascinating information about Elvis, and Eloquent & Witty Humor. The staff at the LaMarre Theater were incredible, the access to meet with the entertainer & take photos was easy. Steve Connolly was Engaging, Warm, and Kind! I HAVE PLANS to attend many more productions here!!! Sending Love & Support to ALL, TC FUN VIDEO: https://rumble.com/v2aduts-elvis-show-spirit-of-the-king-at-the-lamarre-theater-main-st.-las-vegas.html

Attended the Black Girl Magic Burlesque show on a Friday night. As I was walking toward the front door to enter I was startled by a man sitting on a rock yelling "hey hey hey".. he had a black hat and a black shirt labeled security. He remained seating on the rock and told me not to enter and the show wasn't ready yet. After walking the neighborhood I returned and was instructed to scan a QR code by Mr. Security in order to see the show. The QR code requested my gmail email sign in info and other information (name, number of people in my reservation, etc). I politely refused, as I already had tickets to the show and didn't want to be part of marketing emails. Interactions with security itself is an experience. Take notes and read other reviews also indicating the same sentiment. Nonetheless, checked in for the show which has a two drink minimum ($26) was escorted to my seat. The show itself was pretty good, very tasteful and classy. It is an interactive show. You have the option to purchase "funny money" to use to tip the performers. Show was about 75 minutes long and very entertaining.

What an amazing and outstanding performance last night at the Lamar theater. My friend Debbie, and I were blown away by the outstanding talent and energy of the entire cast will definitely be returning and recommending to all.

Depending on your expectations - venue, the "theater" is part of the strip mall, next door to the brewery. Under same roof. Everything very small. But...it is have atmosphere like your good neighbors invited you to spend time together, have fun, little drinks, good ol' time. Everyone is very pleasant, personal, approachable (from security guy to the Star of the show). Show is nice. Elvis was very talkative, took time to get to know his audience. Yes,some notes was missed , moves not all that sharp but, after all,it was very pleasant evening.

Like, how is this even physically possible level talent. Every time you think it cannot get crazier, it does. It is part circus, part comedy show, part did I just witness that moment. I've seen this show twice, once opening night and then again in October 2023. I was in the first row stage left the first time, and the second row dead center the second time. The first time my view was blocked by a woman with very curly, poofy hair. The second time my view was blocked by everyone seated at the cocktail tables. The Duomo is a horrible venue because the seats are neither staggered nor graduated like stadium seating. The stage isn't high enough above the seating to give everyone a good view. I've seen X Country at Harrah's, Fantasy at Luxor, and Red Velvet Burlesque at Notoriety downtown - all of them have different seating and stage configurations for this sort of show, but you can actually see the performers. This show needs a different venue. They have Julia Flypole doing arial hoop work but it's like a 7 or 8 foot ceiling from the stage to the top. She also performs in Red Velvet Burlesque and her routine is from a silk that is easily two stories long. It's just not the same effect doing acrobatics and arial pole in such a short room. The show is a mix of singing and burlesque dancing set to rock-esque type music. There is no nudity in this show. Everyone has pasties on in addition to bra tops, unlike other showgirl burlesque shows. While it's obviously 18+ because it's burlesque, nothing is too risque, except the bathtub dance is a bit over the top raunchy for my taste. The dancing is good. The costuming is good. The singer actually has a good voice. The only problem is the venue is garbage and not a good fit for this show. There is limited audience participation in this show. I think it's ridiculous to say "We encourage photos" on the website and then have their staff go and pick on rule following show attendees. Organizers need to make up their minds on the photo policy and train their staff accordingly.

Date of visit: January 2, 2026…read more Absinthe is one of my favorite shows on The Strip, so I was really excited to give the Atomic Saloon Show a try, though I will admit the poster does not really prepare you for this show. Absinthe's poster really gives you a better idea of what you are going to see, whereas Atomic Saloon's poster looks more akin to a unisex Thunder Down Under when it's really more R-rated Hee Haw. The loose story involves a brothel and a host of characters that interact with the facility and its matriarch but the comedy is really where it's at. From the Irish dancers with questionable teeth (when the bread started flying I could not stop laughing!) to the various aerial feats displayed, Atomic Saloon has a little bit of everything though it's not for the faint of heart--several people in our section left a few minutes into the show. As much fun as we had, the seats on the second floor are not great and you end up missing some of the action. Even more disappointing was that there were quite a few empty seats on the main level, and it would have made for an even better show if we had been given the opportunity to move forward like we did at OPM, another Spiegelworld show that used to run at Cosmopolitan.

It was magical, magnificent, and highly entertaining, such a feast for the senses. From the creatively decorated stage to the performers in imaginative costumes it was glorious! We wouldn't mind seeing this again along with all these other Cirque du Soleil shows.

It is good old-fashioned circus fun, no complicated storylines, or trying to fit into some superstar's repertoire, just simply amazing acrobatic performances If you get on one of those discount show ticket sites, you could easily get a ticket well under $100. It is a small venue so all seats in the theater are fairly good. It is clean and family friendly. A great option if you have children, or if you just want to be entertained. Sound system and music are wonderful! These performers are superhuman! I can't imagine the practice and hard work they put in to reach their supreme level of techniques and agility. I did notice some updates. For example, years ago, the famous Russian strongmen act was done by two men; today, at least when I watched the show in April 2026, the act was performed by two women! Now that is super girl power!
