They also failed to keep an eye out for things that caused major property damage that were obvious to anyone if they had actually done a good job inspecting the proeprty. They are amazing folks that are truly doing it right. They are so professional and friendly, and when I contacted them about a faulty fridge, they responded in less than twelve hours and said a new fridge was on the way! Talk about amazing service! When I was first in the market to rent, Cohesion had a perfect little property for me. I called about it, but it turns out someone had applied already, and in order for Cohesion to comply with fair housing, that meant I was second in line. I was bummed, but so impressed with that level of professionalism in a small company. They know what they're doing! I also know Heather and crew don't rent out places they wouldn't themselves be happy living in. When Heather told me this when I first looked at the property (back in summer 2017) I was really impressed. In addition, they properly ensure all tenants are fully vetted to take care of the property. What company has those kinds of standards anymore? I typically wouldn't review a management company but Cohesion has been so incredible to work with. I am going to be so sad when I leave Boise to have to rent from someone else. In short, I can't recommend Cohesion enough. They are an honest, amazing company and their dedication and professionalism to their company makes them one-of-a-kind. It's not the individual service and responsiveness that it started working directly with Heather. I'm sure she's too busy but her staff isn't filling the shoes. Serious Issue - On 7/14/2026 I discovered that a lease was set to expire on 7/31/26 and no contact had been made with me or the tenant. First this shouldn't happen and second I shouldn't discover it. Since then it's continued to be poor communication and me pushing. Not what I want from my property management company. Oh and they do the Residential Benefits Package which lines their pockets and effectively jacks up the rent without a true benefit to the owner in my opinion. This alone wouldn't be the issue but the above and the communication style since is not working. No phone call, no assurances, no proactively keeping me posted on progress after I brought the issue to their attention. I had to give direction and ping for follow-up. That's their job, not mine. Turn it around group!

The high ceilings and fireplace are great touches! It's quiet and peaceful here. The complex is very dog friendly, and there are so many places to take my pup out around the grounds. The staff has been incredible and so friendly! Maintenance has fixed any and all complains the same day. The communication with the front desk is also easy and very quick responses. They organize little community events for every holiday and I'm looking forward to the pool party BBQ to kick off the summer! By far best apartment complex I've ever lived in!

The management team is absolutely fabulous--friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making this a great place to live. The maintenance guys are also fantastic and always on the ball. Whenever something needs attention, they're quick to respond and get it handled, which makes everyday living here easy and stress-free. One thing I really appreciate is how responsibly the community handles their pet policy. It's clear they care about keeping the grounds clean and enjoyable for everyone. There are plenty of doggie waste bag stations around the property, and management does a great job making sure residents stay on top of cleaning up after their pets. As a dog owner, that makes a big difference. I also absolutely love walking my two little dogs, Sadie and Rocco, around the scenic, well-maintained grounds. There are so many different paths and spots to wander that you never feel like you're taking the same walk twice. Another lovely perk is being right next to a beautiful park, which gives us even more space to roam and enjoy the outdoors. And of course, the amenities are wonderful. The pool is fabulous in the summer, and the hot tub and fire pit area are such fun places to relax and unwind. After eight years here, I can honestly say I wouldn't mind living here forever!
