Clothing is cheaply and poorly made with no regard for quality control. If you ask for an exchange they'll call you a liar and refuse the refund- like they did to my wife over a shirt she ordered with a stitching flaw that had a hole in it. Their quality control is literally non-existent or this would have been caught. They've based their entire model on importing Chinese made clothing as cheaply as possible while charging as much as possible but have skipped customer service and quality control. If you have an issue I suggest you take it straight to your credit card company, their customer service is so abysmal I'm shocked that they're in business honestly. read more

I hate the sizing chart. It just tells you the model size but never the inches of the pants. I have ordered from them several times and had to return almost every item but there is no sizing chart for items, so it's a guessing game. I HATE boutiques that only give you store credit. Hate hate hate. I refuse to spend anymore than the store credit I have because nothing ever fits. They do a good job refunding your store credit but I'd prefer to just get my money back. I would order from them more if I knew I got my money back if the item didn't fit. read more

This boutique and owner are amazing. They post the inventory, you comment your size, they invoice you, and mail your items to you. I had a problem with an order one time and the owner fixed it right away. I would highly recommend this boutique. I can't wait to visit in person one day. read more

I've ordered a few different types from this place and it was always pleasant. Some of the quality I wasn't impressed with, but the prices were pretty good so I didn't complain. My most recent order was during the 30% off end of the year sale. I ordered 3 things, one of them being a pullover jacket, and one of them being a cute long sleeved shirt. I got my order out of my mailbox only to find 2 of the 3 things that I ordered. I emailed them to tell them about the missing long sleeved shirt, assuming that the item missing just got left out by accident, no big deal, we're all human. They email me back letting me know that the last one of the sweater I ordered was faulty, and there was no way they could replace it so the refunded my $24. That's cool, but the item that was missing was the long sleeved shirt. So they told me to just keep the refund for the jacket, and gave me a 10% off code to make another purchase. Now, the shirt that I ordered is out of stock and costs $34.99. My refund and 10% off won't even cover that when I originally paid $22 for it. And when I emailed to ask if I could just get the shirt I was supposed to get, rather than a refund, no one emailed me back. Soooo who got my shirt?? read more

OMG!! What haven't I loved that I've purchased from the Lace cactus?? I order via online from out of state all the time. I have yet to be disappointed in anything. They have called if a size change is needed and have replied to my emails within two days. If I loved closer I'd be in this store daily, lol. My only complaint is the limited photos of products online. Typically only one photo per item. For jewelry items this is fine but for the clothing items more would be great. It's also a good thing to keep in mind that Kelsey who models most all clothing items is tall. So for shorter girls like myself the length will be different. read more

Rode through Hico today on our Harley. Decided to pop in the boutique before we grabbed a bite. My husband and I walked around the store and I found a couple pieces I was definitely interested in! Cute merch. Great price. Customer service- horrible. I was standing at the front Loki g towards the back at a rack of sequin pieces (MY FAV) the girl are the counter (rudely) says "you ready?" Ummmm no. I don't have anything in my hands. And not once did they ask if they could help. (IT WAS ONLY MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF IN THE ENTIRE STORE!) the girls just sat at the front like toads on a log. Boo! So sad. read more

The store is a great small town place to visit and shop online. Think a unique, hippy-ish cowgirl chic. Brands like the Flying Tomato, Sookie Sookie, etc. The prices are great - average $25 price range. They carry some different lines Han the stores here in San Antonio. I bought a black cap sleeved lace dress there in the summer and it has held up well, and I get a ton of compliments on it. The billing and shipping are quick. I've called the store about Facebook sales and they have answered my questions promptly. I only wish they had more of my favorite shirt available! Love this store! read more

I shop with this boutique online but they have more inventory in store. Had the chance to go thru Hico this weekend, checked store hrs before I left since it was a Sun. Got to the store and there was a sign on the door be back in a min. :) I waited 30 min in front of store no one came back. Went to a different store walked around town waiting, called the store no answer. I HATE that I ever went thru because I had to look in the window at all the cute stuff and couldn't buy. Style is cute but she over edits the photos online which makes the color of fabric totally different once you see the item in person. No doubt it would be better to shop in store, but if you're shopping online, its best for the customers to really be able to see what they're buying, so in my opinion lay off over enhancing the contrast and exposure on the photos. read more

This store is totally worth the drive from Houston! The clothes and accessories are awesome, but big draw is the great group of women who work there!
