Their quality control is literally non-existent or this would have been caught. They've based their entire model on importing Chinese made clothing as cheaply as possible while charging as much as possible but have skipped customer service and quality control. If you have an issue I suggest you take it straight to your credit card company, their customer service is so abysmal I'm shocked that they're in business honestly.

The store is very organized, and they have a great computer system for tagging items, keeping track of your inventory, sales, etc. It's been a lot of fun, the owners & staff are helpful, and I've learned so much. The owners communicate promptly & efficiently with any questions or concerns I've ever had. They are two of the hardest-working people, and they really want each & every vendor at the store to succeed. They basically make you feel like family. I love the concept of having multiple vendors under one roof. It's a great place to shop and I always find the best gifts, clothes, and home decor! Stop in and see for yourself. You'll likely see one of the owners at the store at all times. They are big on providing great customer service to everyone who walks through the doors.
