I had a very good experience with Stellar Realty and highly recommend Sam and Tracey to anyone…read morelooking for a home. I ran into Sam by chance when I visited an open house that Sam was showing. I wasn't too interested in that specific home, but had a conversation with Sam on another home in the same subdivision. In a matter of just a couple hours, Sam attained access to the home I was interested in. I met Sam at the home and in 15 minutes I instructed Sam to put an offer on the home. The offer came with a few contingencies that needed to be met in a short amount of time. 1) I needed to list my home in three days. 2) My home needed to be under contract in 30 days. 3) the closing on the new home had to be on a specific day. I asked Sam and Tracey if they could list my existing home in three days. All I can say is WOW!!! Tracey brought in a camera crew that showcased my home beyond my expectations and within three days! Contingency Item #1 - completed Sam and Tracey went to work immediately by scheduling an open house the following week on Saturday. Sam had reservations about having a good showing because it was over 4th of July weekend. However, to our surprise, we had a few people interested and on that Sunday had a contract signed! Contingency Item #2 - completed The last contingency item was easy to meet and we gad the closing. My point with all this is Sam and Tracey know how to sell homes and negotiate on your behalf. They keep "your" interests first and understand the entire home buying/selling process. Sam and Tracey have a team of people working for you to get the home you want. Additionally, Sam and Tracey have a network of A+ partners (camera team, home inspectors, lawyers, and mortgage brokers) who work together to achieve "your" goal. Their team managed everything! I did not worry about a single aspect of selling my home or buying the new home. I find it hard to believe the negative comment previously posted as it does not describe the values of Sam and Tracey's Stellar Realty Team.

Don't be fooled by a storefront showroom. They don't have a decent CAD program for design and cannot show the consumer accurate drawings. They actually had to have a "colleague from another firm" try to fix their bad drawings but they couldn't so the suggestion I received was to call a closet company for my pantry. My pantry is a walk in. It's not small. Accessories that were part of the contract never showed up. I highly suggest going with someone that has more experience and better customer service.

We hired @Home to remodel two regular sized bathrooms in our Delavan, WI vacation townhome at a…read morecost of $36,000. Here is what we received in return: Our expectations were that the 2 bathrooms would be worked on daily until completion. That did not happen and the job took from Feb. 1 to the first week in June. Tony hired a a tile guy who had a full time job and told us he could only work evenings and weekends, then rarely showed up at all. He used 1" slivers of tiles which looked terrible and we had to complain and ask him to re-do the tile which he did at the last minute before completion. He also put a chip in our brand new bath tub and had to have a repair company come out and fix it. Kathy's design skills are questionable. For example, she recommended a pebble look shower floor tile which we realized after the installation clashes with our granite seat & threshold. Their selection of vanities, mirrors, lighting, faucets, etc. were all low quality goods, although we paid top dollar. At one point they tried to supply a plastic soap dish from Home Depot in lieu of the tile niche we had requested. The shower enclosure was supposed to be frameless and we even have a text with photo to prove that was our choice . Yet they ordered one with a frame which also made noises after installation that they told us were normal until we insisted it be corrected. Tony did not like the fact that every time we came up, we found issues with their workmanship and at one point said he was not going to work when we were in the house blaming this on Coronavirus, although we always stayed on the first floor with masks on while both bathrooms were on the second floor. In then end, Tony never showed up to fix an uneven tile in one bathroom floor which we discovered after we had given them the final payment These are just a few examples of a frustrating 4 months and overall disappointment in the results. @Home is not as experienced as they lead you to believe, supply inferior quality goods and use moonlighting labor to try to cut costs. They require much more supervision than should be necessary when you invest $36,000 to remodel two small bathrooms. We would not hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE! We…read morepurchased a home owned by Results Realty and what a huge mistake we made trusting them. We were first time homebuyers and everything went well until the French drain that they were supposed to have repaired by a licensed plumber ended up failing and flooding our garage and finished basement. Casey at Results Realty tried to blame us for not taking care of the French drain and denied any responsibility. Needless to say we spend $10,000 and had the drain repaired. To our surprise we found out there was never a French drain to begin with-- just a shallow pit that quickly overflowed and flooded our house. The neighbors reported this happened all the time before we bought the house as well so this was not caused by our lack of care or attention in any way, shape, or form. Since they owned the property for at least 6 months I'm sure they were well aware of this as well. In addition to not having the drain repaired, they provided fraudulent receipts and no work was every done on the drain before we purchased it. Now we're stuck in this house wondering what else the seller lied about. We've already had to redo some of the other minor repairs from the addendum as well. If you are considering getting into any sort of business agreement with this company, think twice.
