We spoke for nearly an hour. He patiently listened as I shared our wish list for not only homes but for vacant lots as well. He collected our preferences and curated daily email updates with homes and lots for sale. Sal was always there when we had questions about properties, and we spoke several times by phone over a nine-month period. We finally flew out to look at homes and property this past April. Sal was prepared and so buttoned down. He had information about each of the properties (and directions) all individually printed out and presented in a nice packet. We spent an entire day looking. Sal always provided sound and honest feedback when we asked questions about the properties. BUYER BEWARE! We…read morepurchased a home owned by Results Realty and what a huge mistake we made trusting them. We were first time homebuyers and everything went well until the French drain that they were supposed to have repaired by a licensed plumber ended up failing and flooding our garage and finished basement. Casey at Results Realty tried to blame us for not taking care of the French drain and denied any responsibility. Needless to say we spend $10,000 and had the drain repaired. To our surprise we found out there was never a French drain to begin with-- just a shallow pit that quickly overflowed and flooded our house. The neighbors reported this happened all the time before we bought the house as well so this was not caused by our lack of care or attention in any way, shape, or form. Since they owned the property for at least 6 months I'm sure they were well aware of this as well. In addition to not having the drain repaired, they provided fraudulent receipts and no work was every done on the drain before we purchased it. Now we're stuck in this house wondering what else the seller lied about. We've already had to redo some of the other minor repairs from the addendum as well. If you are considering getting into any sort of business agreement with this company, think twice.
