They actually had to have a "colleague from another firm" try to fix their bad drawings but they couldn't so the suggestion I received was to call a closet company for my pantry. My pantry is a walk in. It's not small. Accessories that were part of the contract never showed up. I highly suggest going with someone that has more experience and better customer service.

Here is what we received in return: Our expectations were that the 2 bathrooms would be worked on daily until completion. That did not happen and the job took from Feb. 1 to the first week in June. Tony hired a a tile guy who had a full time job and told us he could only work evenings and weekends, then rarely showed up at all. He used 1" slivers of tiles which looked terrible and we had to complain and ask him to re-do the tile which he did at the last minute before completion. He also put a chip in our brand new bath tub and had to have a repair company come out and fix it. Kathy's design skills are questionable. For example, she recommended a pebble look shower floor tile which we realized after the installation clashes with our granite seat & threshold. Their selection of vanities, mirrors, lighting, faucets, etc. were all low quality goods, although we paid top dollar. At one point they tried to supply a plastic soap dish from Home Depot in lieu of the tile niche we had requested. The shower enclosure was supposed to be frameless and we even have a text with photo to prove that was our choice . Yet they ordered one with a frame which also made noises after installation that they told us were normal until we insisted it be corrected. Tony did not like the fact that every time we came up, we found issues with their workmanship and at one point said he was not going to work when we were in the house blaming this on Coronavirus, although we always stayed on the first floor with masks on while both bathrooms were on the second floor. In then end, Tony never showed up to fix an uneven tile in one bathroom floor which we discovered after we had given them the final payment These are just a few examples of a frustrating 4 months and overall disappointment in the results. @Home is not as experienced as they lead you to believe, supply inferior quality goods and use moonlighting labor to try to cut costs. They require much more supervision than should be necessary when you invest $36,000 to remodel two small bathrooms. We would not hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

The work was done sloppily. They also left our front yard in tatters due to their handling of materials. Razor sharp shards of copper in bushes, shingles in trees, dead grass from hot compressors, front garden destroyed. But I still needed it fixed. I called AMB for a REPAIR estimate. What we received instead were two NEW roof estimates. One for $79,455 and the second one for $66,755. This was after they took a core sample. Do your research when working on your roof. We absolutely did not need a new roof. We knew that and every other company that came out, agreed. I was not going to post a review on this ridiculous encounter until the company we actually hired to repair and reseal the roof came across the core sample. They informed us that it was not put back properly and was actually stuck back in with caulk and the caulk used doesn't even adhere to roofing materials. Had this not been found and repaired properly, we could have had serious roof and interior damage. Unbelievable. This whole experience is, at the minimum, really bad business practices. At the most, it borders on fraud and negligence. Buyer beware. Update: I obviously ruffled some feathers. lol. I initially had written a six page review, listing every single detail but decided against posting that. Nobody is interested in reading a novel. Bottom line is we called for a repair. We do not need a new roof. We needed repairs and a reseal. We discussed a repair. AMB pushed for a full, new roof quote as the "repair quote would be 50% of what a new roof would cost". My husband said fine, but that he was really only interested in a repair. Btw, I am only discussing here the house and attached garage. The detached garage is an entirely separate issue. My husband is sitting here flabbergasted at this company's response to the core sample and how it was left. Because what was said here is not what he was told on site. New roof looks awesome!! Got it done basically in a day and the entire property was clean before they left. Overall, communication was the absolute highlight. Everyone in the office returned calls and emails immediately. Couple of small issues along the way were fully expected, but they were corrected quickly and to expectations. A few days ago my return vent was rattling so I inspected and found I neeed to replaced an air filter , but meanwhile a noticed that in the duct work it was not seal and looks to be damaged. I contacted scott pollak and he stated he had nothing to do with that duct work . The old air handler he removed to replace with a new air handler was attached so I don't know what he means. I explain it would only take his labor, screw and tape to repair this and he refuses. I now will proceed to file a claim against him and possible take him to court not sure if small claim court or not becuase of the dollar amount paid $6000.00. During the installation he noticed I didn't have a 220v to run the air conditioning 1st mistake. I had to call an eletrician to come out . He finally came out and said oh it was a brittle wire from the outside condenser going into the house for the air handle ( he said he should of replace it then because it kept braking on him ) .
