I called…read morethe salesman (Zach), and not only did he honor the warranty, no questions asked, he and his partner came to my home today and hand-delivered and assembled the bed themselves, ON THEIR DAY OFF! I also managed to lose the hardware that went to the drawers that go with the bed, and he ordered new hardware, free of charge (even though it was my fault I lost them), and is coming back to assemble those, too. I know it sounds like he was just doing his job, but he could have easily had their delivery people take care of it, but he took personal responsibility for the matter, and resolved it, on his own time. I commend his level of customer service, and I will most definitely be a repeat customer.

I wanted to get some dresses and what nots for my self while looking for glass supplies for two of my grown kids in the store but instead put stuff back or didn"t even pick the stuff up.
